Very friendly, helpful personnel. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. We were upgraded to a lovely suite. Great breakfast. It's our 2nd time here, and we'll be back next time we're in the area.

The whole ambiance of the hotel...very friendly and helpful staff...the evening meals were superb.

Very clean, big room. Kind personnel. Residential area. Good breakfast.We did not want to pay for the parking, and there is lots of street parking nearby.

Everything was great. Very comfortable bed, the room was clean and warm. Friendly staff. There was also a parking space right next to the hotel.

Very bad customer service and they didn’t know what they were doing ,First given key which don’t work second time bed room have only 2 bed instead of 3 and 3rd time room card didn’t work and 4th time after 30 finally we were able to enter room and every time we need staff we couldn’t find on reception and have to wait for at least 5 minutes

The atmosphere is pretty good and elegant..It's a lovely environment, quiet and relaxing.

Peacefullness, kindness of the staff, location, possibility of late check out, views, confortabilty, the suite we had was quite big. It has all you could need! One of the best places I’ve stayed!

Nice quiet town. Room was amazing with terrace and nice view. Employees were really friendly.

When not seoson, then pool is closed. Breakfast had no vegetables or fresh things.

Room was small and overlooked the garbage bins. Which were emptied early in the morning.

Friendly helpful staff, easy check in and out. Our Junior Suite was large and comfy - especially the large firm bed, good shower and a separate bath. Good heating too. Standard Breakfast selection - a choice that should suit all. The Pool area looked good - it was mid March so we did'nt use. We took the walk up the valley only going about halfway but its off the road with good views - enough to work up an appetite for the two excellent Dinners we had - the Chef is very good and at good prices too.

Just minor adjustments would be nice - the spa bath did not work, no tea or coffee making machine/kettle in the room. No Fridge. This did not affect a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely everything.The room was huge with a king sized bed, bath and shower both in the bathroom. Balcony had a nice view.Staff is friendly and always smiling.Breakfast was from 7am and had a good variety to choose from.Parking is free

Hotel is relatively new and looks quite professional.Staff is very friendly.

unfortunelty had some issues with warm water being only slightly luke warm and lots of noisy ventilation that created loud vibrations in the wall. Also the room is badly noise insulated and you can hear the neighbors and everyone in the hall way.

Staff so nice and friendly and appreciated the lovely lady in reception who helped us in translation she was lovely! The swimming pool lovely and nice sun loungers. Lovely pool view from window. Evening set meal amazing and good value for money. Waitress so lovely despite slight language barrier the lovely lady in reception went out of her way to help.

Only thing would be the location whilst it’s beautiful and scenic as the lunch menu limited we struggled to find somewhere to get lunch and landed up using a local shop instead as nothing in the area. My dad isn’t very mobile so struggled with the hills surrounding the area. We struggled at first to get a sun lounger but we got plenty a couple of hours later so that was resolved.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Check in / Check out process was fast and hustle free. The room was perfectly clean.

We arrived to our room in the evening after dinner and the card didn't work. I was waiting upstairs with our 4 year old daughter. My husband went down to the reception, there was no one, and no button to call someone. After waiting for quite some time he went closer to the reception desk to check if there is a phone to call or a button to press. The a dark haired lady appeared stating in the rude manner that my husband is not supposed to be there, when she is the one who was supposed to be there to help. Was quite disappointing the way she treated my husband. Otherwise, the stay was up to our expectations, we will come back for sure.

It was cheap, the bed was comfortable enough and there was free parking.

On arrival we were ignored by the staff for a long time (a lady in front of us gave up and left). Just a few words to explain how long we would need to wait would have been appreciated. Breakfast was awful, very limited options with no healthy choices except a small plate of fruit. The cooked breakfast looked very poor quality and as if it had been sitting out for hours. Definitely not worth paying for.
