Quiet ,friendly ,Codes was written on paper 2 days , and got a card on 3rd day ,much more efficient ......

Rest was good

The location of the hotel was perfect, just right next to the train station. Tho the accommodation was above the pub, it was still very quiet except for the faint passing sound of the trains. The staff has been very accommodating esp as i reached way before my check in time and they arranged for a clean up so that i can check in earlier. Many eateries and convenience shops and laundromat nearby, everything was very accesible.

The manager was very pleasant and down to earth and always greets me whenever he sees me. Always says if I need anything don't hesitate to ask. My flight arrived at 7 am .....and so I was at the hotel before 10 a.m.....once they open at 10 a.m. manager gave me early check-in. That was a blessing for me as I just finished flying for 20 hrs and was ready to rest.

Would like their restaurant to include more non fried options

Shower floor was filthy, the bathroom had an awful smell. The floor was slimy and slippery. The rest of the room was spotless, bed very very comfortable and quiet. Parking was great and lovely coffee and breakfast close bye. Such a shame about the shower

The bed was so comfortable! Very spacious room with block out curtains and new carpet - very large shower and bathroom, amazing value!

One light was not working - but that's very minor and didn't affect our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious with beautiful bathrooms. It was great to have a little bar fridge in the room as well. There is also a separate entrance/exit for accomodation so you dont have to walk through the hotel everytime. Check in and out was super easy. You can just return the key in a box when checking out.

Everything was great but it would have been nice to have some tea options as well as coffee.

Very friendly staff. Lovely big room with king sized comfortable bed. Bedroom and bathroom look brand new.

Right across the road from the train station which made it convenient, clean and modern rooms

Can hear trains going past very frequently (but this was fine for us), aircon made a bubbling sound that didn’t sound normal but staff didn’t have time to address the issue (likely needs a clean or service)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, bed was very comfortable and the renovated bathroom was tidy and modern.

Everything was great but for people staying more than a night or two, a microwave would of come in handy

The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a great location for us.

A dedicated parking spot so that we didnt need to be concerned about moving the car after 4hrs or getting a ticket would have been nice.

I like the location, my visits to Sydney are to St George Hospital, very convenient.The shops are withing walking distance, parking is always available.The staff is very friendly and willing to help when requested.All in all a very pleasant experience.

What is there for me not to like?

The location was great. The bar had good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The room was very nice.

The curtains didn’t block out the light from the bright lights outside.

It was value for money. The rooms and staff were exceptional,and I couldn't ask for a better motel. You would never have thought it was a room situated on top of a hotel. I really couldn't fault the room, and staff helped in every way possible.

Couldn't fault this hotel. It was A1 value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

Location is great, only steps from the train station. The place was comfortable, the rooms impeccably clean and service was great. The staff at the bar and reception always with a smile and amazing customer service. We'll be back

The noise from generator outside room 108

Nice little old style pub with a modern clean room and facilities. Across the road from the station so it’s easy to get to by train or bus, also access the city. There also is plenty of street parking. As it’s in a quiet suburban strip shopping area there are cafes and restaurants near by. It’s a hidden gem.
