Pros +
- The room was very nice, modern, confortable, and with amazing views over the Cerdagne. It is also nice that you can access for free to the indoor swimming pools next door.
- The hotel is charming - a little bit 70s but I mean this in a good way. A little bit The Shining maybe. The pool is genuinely fun and there is some gym equipment, sauna, jacuzzi , table tennis all included in the price of your stay. The pool closes at 7pm I think. The breakfast buffet is generous. An awful lot of cake which isn’t really my thing in the morning but feels plentiful. There are also the standard hotel scrambled eggs, cheap sausages, yoghurts, pancakes, fruit etc. They attempted to accommodate my coeliac daughter with gluten free crackers and biscuits. The views from the bar and restaurant are spectacular. And the resident old dog is really lovely. The reception staff are not exactly bubbly but warm up eventually . I quite like a somber welcome; makes the whole place seem even more atmospheric.

Cons -
- The rest of the hotel is quite outdated. The corridors are very dark, really needing a renovation.
- I’m not overly keen on cheap sausages or cake for breakfast but appreciate the generous amount of food offered and enjoyed myself at breakfast anyway..
- Check-in and check-out .. the same lady .. probably the owner. (Horrible experience)Another staff in the breakfast very good.

The bed was good and the restaurant plus the view from the room was nice.
The rooms were tiny. You could not pas an other person anywhere in the room but one had to back up so the other could pass
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and well worth paying extra for. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and heated, with great views across the valley. The availability of on-site parking is always a bonus.
One improvement would be the availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the apartment. We were also caught out by the pool closing at 19:00. A shame after a day's skiing.
The location was good, very central to all places
The staff was very unfriendly and you had to pay cash fir everthing. This was not comminucated bf getting to the venue.
Great views, great starting point to explore the town as well as Pyrenees
Difficult parking
Nicely appointed rooms. Good bedsBreakfasts was extensive.
Unpleasant reception, bordering on rude.Noisy road, so no fresh air.Breakfast was rather sweet and carbs heavy.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/dining area had incredible views of the mountains. Centrally located to the small town, trails, and the train station. The pool and sauna were a nice feature. They were kind enough to store to store my luggage between checkout and the bus, and were patient communicating with me since I speak very little French. Overall very nice stay.
The only thing is that If you are on the bottom floor and under the dining area, you can hear the chairs scraping on the floor loudly through the ceiling. Very quiet though from ~10pm - 8am.
Rooms have been recently updated to a good standard..Nice accomodation & facilities The pool & spa being a nice plus...
Public area 'vintage' with a certain charm.Owners a bit austere at first & dont make a positive 1st impression
Good modern en-suite bedrooms. Very good breakfast for €13 extra. Restaurant was good too. Pool /spa complex was also very good. Excellent location for visiting Mont Louis fort.
Hallways are a bit shabby
Bathroom...Good size and modern
Tables and chairs being moved at 0700
The hotel first put me in a room of a lower class than booked and paid for. After lots of discussions, they did finally give me another room, which was the only positive aspect of the stay.
Very rude staff. Every guest seemed to be a terrible burden to be got over with. Almost no English, which didn't help either. The room (I had booked a "Superior room") was tiny, with a worn-out convertible sofa for a bed. The bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. Breakfast was a set of freshly-unpacked supersweet cakes in a crowded room - avoid, if possible. Better still, avoid the hotel in general.
Room comfortable with fabulous views from the balcony, food excellent, staff friendly. Excellent value for money.
Water in shower not hot - maybe we were just unlucky.
Near to the station, great swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas.
The room decor, design and ambience was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony itself and furniture were rusty/unclean but ok. The communal areas were dated and the corridor a bit smelly - may have been cleaning products. The swimming pool and spa seemed dated and basic. Not very cosy but ok.
One of the staff members, possibly manager, was very abrupt and not friendly. Other stuff compensated, but initially made us feel unwelcome.
Nice, clean, modern room
Front desk staff was not hospitable. No Wi-Fi in the room and no air conditioning in the room as was advertised.
Nice upstate hotel with good breakfast. Location is great, short footmarch from the village and the citadel.
Internet was VERY slow
The view from the room.
The attitude of the management and the evening meal was terrible.
Location was excellent, rooms were clean and à good size and the restaurant was very good.
