- internet everywhere in Vila Traful is varying between bad to horrible. this is not specific to the facility, it is everywhere in the town. before you get to Vila Traful you should drive through 23km of gravel road (coming from west). take is easy.
- The room configuration was a bit strange. Maybe it would work well for a family with small children. For adults, we found ourselves a bit cramped. No safe available.

we had the best time in Hotel Alto Traful! we could check in early and our room was upgraded. we enjoyed the massages, pool and dinner at the hotel and everything was excellent. the staff was amazing, very helpful and professional, we regret spending only one night and would return any time !

The hotel is located in the village and close to the lake Traful. The room is very comfortable and quiet, with a nice balcony and view to the landscape.
The unpaved access road to Villa Traful, but this is nothing to to with the accomodation.

The staff was friendly, but our cabin was run-down, dirty, overpriced and full of cobwebs and spiders.The hotel and the facilities were nice, but the cabins weren´t, They were a big disapointment! There are only 2 cabins at the hotel, which seperate from the hotel, our cabin is advertised as have a mountain view, but it does not, it has a view of the parking lot and the road below, the other cabin, which is connected to our cabin, has a view of the road and parking lot for the restaurant next to the hotel.There is only enough hot water for one person to take a shower.The access to the cabins is seperate from the hotel and the lock of the sliding glass door has been broken, it looks like the lock has been broken as a resulto f the room being broken into at some point, so we could not lock our room!

a disappointment
the room had a bad location, the towel smell bad, the room was too hot, although i asked for special food they didn’t provide. and it was too expensive. not worth it.
