Beautiful property, very helpful staff not through email and once we arrived. They helped us plan our wine tours and booked our appointments and then were very nice and attentive once we arrived.

Beautiful room, incredible restaurant, nice property to walk around

I don’t say this lightly: this property is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos and website don’t come close to capturing how beautiful, luxurious, and welcoming it actually is in person. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and genuinely high-end.From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. The service was warm, intuitive, and beyond anything I expected. The room itself was stunning - spacious, spotless, and elevated with little touches that made it feel special and genuinely relaxing.The atmosphere throughout the property has this effortless blend of comfort and elegance. Whether you’re lounging, dining, or just walking through the common spaces, you can tell they’ve taken extraordinary care in creating an unforgettable experience.If you’re considering staying here, just book it. Nothing at all

This is a beautiful place and everything is beyond magical.We stayed there for two nights for our honeymoon and really enjoyed the facilities. We had a great time with Jeny on our horse ride and archery lesson.The wine tour was also fun and special.Unique attention to details and the design of the property is breathtaking.

We asked for a breakfast to go on the morning we left and although we mention it a few times it was not ready when we left and we only got an apple and cold pastry.

Awesome boutique hotel. We stayed with a couple of friends at the 2 bedroom villa and it was lovely

Gym was a bit small

I travel a lot around the world, this Hotel exceed my expectations. They went above and beyond on customer service. An example, they did a private “asado” for us on Friday, a day they usually don’t do it. Property is awesome. Breakfast is great.

All perfect. Would recommend though that they have a Netflix account logged in on the Tv so guests can use Netflix

Location, staff, accommodation

Beautiful setting, tremendously helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. I had a cough and cold and the team worked very hard to help me.

Location was a little more remote than we had realised

Relaxing, peaceful hotel to chill out at

Only 3 sun loungers around the pool which are all in full sun, and nothing is walkable from the hotel, so expect to spend a reasonable amount on taxi’s if you plan to get out and about but don’t have a car.

What a stunning property. This hotel is truly special and unique. There are so many activities for those that want to enjoy the grounds and area or just lounge by the pool or walk the property. Highly recommend going for lunch up the road at El Paisano (hotel can book for you) and doing the horse back riding up through the Andes mountains. The hotel also organized a wine tasting at zuccardi and alpha crux. The team also surprised us over new years with a New Year’s party which was a blast. The complimentary breakfast is amazing as well. Thank you Hernan and Rodrigo for your warm hospitality.

Think the restaurant needs more regional and interesting menu

A beautiful property with great attention to detail and staff. Everything is super clean and there are fun activities like a wine tasting and horseback riding and bikes to use. You never need to leave and the staff is amazing to help arrange for dinners and make recommendations. Highly recommend and much cheaper than the Vines / better value!

The pool and the gym could be a bit more accommodating

Casa de Uco is the best wine destination existent in Mendoza. It's staff is well prepared and simpathetic, the attractions and activities during the stay are well thought to maximize your well being. All the options for lunch, diner or off hour snack are great, with highlight to the empanadas.

They could have more wine options in the hotel, instead of being focused on his own wine, which is excellent, but a little common. The asado is a great experience, but the main course should be a big bold ojo de bije, but they bring several pieces of picanha, linguiça and pork (which is nice, but not great)

Perfect location had the best time relaxing and staff super friendly, the cooking class was a must!! Extremely recommend room were amazing and lovely to just have some wine and nice food

Lack of snacks or not so heavy meal and price are a bit high to have lunch and dinner everyday

The hotel is amazing and our room was perfect. Casa de Uco has an excellent service, food is great and the landscapes there are beyond words. I definitely recomend spending some time there.

Comfy room and swimming pool

Lack of transparency on payments, they charged ahead and the IVA refund does not apply. The check in was one hour late and just made the room available when I complained. No tolerance on late check out.

I liked the bed

the uncomfortable amenities, little pool, only four chair for the swimming pool, the balcony of the room was uncomfortable. The shower had no water pressure. Kind staff but could not resolve the problems that are of the building.

We had a fabulous experience! The staff was so nice and helpful (and we asked a lot of questions). The rooms were nice and very clean. The food and wine was wonderful! And we really enjoyed all of our activities/experiences: Asado between the vineyards, wine tasting, horse back riding around the vineyards, outdoor cooking class and dinner, and massages and facials. We had such a great time we never left the property. We also fell in love with the Uco de Casa dog, Sol. She followed us everywhere we went - of course, we gave her lots of love and a little food :)

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was all fabulous.

The location is exceptional, the view we had from our suite was incredible. The breakfast is nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The price is a little high for a distant hotel. The transportations service offered are extremely overpriced and the non-complimentary service as massage and spa as well. Recommend to rent a car.
