Very warm and hospitable staff.

The AC wasn’t cooling enough and for a while, there was no running water in the bathroom. No parking close enough.

bed was extremely comfortable. views from our bedroom, restaurant and breakfast lounge stunning. staff welcoming and friendly.Dinner was really tasty and good value.

there was nothing we didn't like, for the money it was good value.

Location location location! A stunning town with easy access to it from the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and seemed a little sparse when we got in but it met all our needs and was delicious. The staff had great attention to detail. We accidentally left a charger and they watched for us to return to the car after exploring the town so they could return it.

The stairs were a little precarious.

Very close to the Centre of the pretty village. Good amenities in the room - kettle, big towels, comfortable bed, wifi, soaps etc. Fabulous view from the window.

Right on the roads which was very busy in the day. The double glazing was effective but needed a window open at night for air so the road was noisy. Parking very difficult unless late at night.

Perfect location, clean room

Tiny room with almost blocked view out the window. Bed linen a bit scratchy and uncomfortable.Host insisted on payment at departure, even though I thought we'd already paid on Booking.com. I was right - Booking.com luckily refunded the extra payment the day after.

Staff were lovely , bed was really comfortable and continental breakfast was good .

The room and the location was OK. Breakfast and dinner was good.

The reception was closed a large time of the day. When no personnel was present there was no access to the the lobby or a restaurant, so you had to stay in your room. On Sunday we came back from a hike and wanted to take a shower. It turned out that there was no hot water because "the kitschen had used all hot water". We had to wait hours before the war water deposit was filled with hot water again. This is an absolute failure for a hostel of that size. At the end we received one breakfast for free, but the lady at the reception was not amused that we complained.

Breakfast was good and the location was where I needed to be.

It was just fine for my requirements. Not luxury, but well appointed and neat clean

The staff were lovely and friendly and spoke good English. The location was great and so was the price. There is ample parking near the property as well which is a bonus and it was only a short walk into the beautiful town square.

It was a very hot day when we stayed and the aircon didn't quite keep us cool enough but that could have been down to us not using it properly.

Lovely owners and family. Very clean. Happy gentle vibe. Good food and lovely smelling kitchen.

Easy to find .small friendly hotel

Noise from the traffic as on main road but we were aware of this before we booked . Has new windows which are now better than before

We liked the location and we were able to park near. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable

Our room was rather small

Spacious room and bathroom. Staff were exceptional and accommodating (Juan, gracias por todo!)

Room rather small when staying more than 1 night. No clear times for restaurant, bar opening. Timings on front entrance and room entrance differed. It seemed to depend on whether the chef wanted to open. Saturday night ended up being closed but very restricted menu anyway. Hospitality tray needs to provide milk and ensure the number of guests in the room are provided for as in more than 1 tea bag and 2 bottles of small water rather than 1 between us. Staff need to be able to give correct information to guests.

Very good location close to town centre. Very nice friendly reception, restaurant facilities and adequate room with shower. Continental breakfast Very good, all in all...great stay and would highly recommend...

Too short a stay....

Great location for Montflanquin - small stroll up to the centre square. Staff were also lovely.

Music was played loudly in the bar in the morning around 8:30/9am when we were hoping to lay in. In addition, our bed was broken and our room wasn’t made on the second day.

it was well located for the short walk in to the Town Square. As it was Sunday the mgr booked a restaurant for us to make sure we could eat as his restaurant was closed

located by busy road and beds were very tall and noisy.

Located in the old town not far from the square. The in house restaurant served well cooked, good value meals. Ate all our meals there whilst in Monflanquin. Friendly helpful owners.

Nothing to like other than location. Reasonable restaurant - again well-overpriced.

Very basic hotel. Not at all comfortable. Poor value. Would not recommend.

Good location on edge of village.

Our room was tiny when compared to others that we were able to see. There was large cobwebs in several places in the room. The door chain jammed when we first arrived and needed a cleaner who was passing to provide up with a screwdriver to take the chain off the wall. Little input from management/staff in relation to this and wasn't fixed at any point during our stay. Room wasn't cleaned during our two day stay.
