Lovely hotel very friendly good breakfast great location for beach, restaurants and shops

We arrived earlier than the check-in date. I had to join a call, but the staff in the reception did not allow us to use the breakfast area. My daughter needed to use the restroom, and we were told that the restrooms are only in the rooms and there isn't anything that she can use as we were early for check-in. Due to the ongoing construction next to the hotel, we woke up at 7:00 AM due to the noise. We called the hotel prior to our reservation and asked if they foresaw any noise during our stay, and they confirmed that this wouldn't be the case.

Being more helpful and solution-oriented towards the guests would be really appreciated.

I booked this place for one night and stayed two nights. You can park your car for free in the common parkingspace right in front of the hotel. The beach ist just across the street and there are many restaurants and shops walking distance. The breakfast costs 12 Euros and is very good. Everything was clean and tidy.

A good days cycle ride from St Paul de Fenouillet. Bike lock up. Clean rooms. Basic breakfast but fine for the price. Helpful host.

Le Barcares doesn't appear to be a proper community. Just a collection of apartments.

The warm welcome, staff professionalism , and their flexibility. I was on working holidays and they accommodated the stay in this sense as you can even rent a conference room !

The hotel was right on the beach and had a restaurant downstairs. It was in a small beach community so there were many places to walk to. In the summer (in season) there were amusement rides as well.

The room and bathroom were not very nice. For some people they would have loved to be on the street with all the activity and bar noise but that's not for me.

The location is not only great, it is unbeatable, as it is at the beach promenade with beach view ahead and only few footsteps to reach the sand, and at the same time located at the central place where events like market or - in our case - the boule championship take place and where there are plenty of well to excellently rated restaurants around when hunting for dinner. Rooms are tidy with aircon and a good price ratio. Breakfast has a nice selection of fresh pieces (ham, fruit, ...). There is also a public parking lot between the hotel, the beach promenade and the central place which is appreciated when coming by car.

Bathroom is small and the door to the shower is not at all spacious, so better be a slim person. Otherwise it'll serve for what it is needed.

Right on the beachfront. Basic but clean and facilities all worked. Very good value for money.

A lovely, clean hotel in a great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with homemade cakes. Would stay here again.

Nice location in front of the sea.

In the winter months, we can not find what to eat around the hotel. No working restaurants and bars. Only one supermarket.

Situation by the beach. Easy to find. Friendliness of the owner. good breakfast.

The Hotel needs a facelift!!!
