Rip-Off accommodations - pathetic Service.

To begin with the attitude of the owners was way below par, and clearly rude! The "room" is more like a cell then a room. There are NO windows in the so called "room". Instead there is a glass door with see-through sheer curtain so to get some privacy since it is a shared outside corridor, one has to close the wooded barn doors and NO light or fresh air enters the room. The "balcony" they promised with the room, is actually a shared outside corridor for 4 different rooms. The Wifi does NOT work at all. And lastly - since there is NO other choices around, we got stuck with the pseudo-dinner they offered at twice the valued price and half the expected quality.

Check in was simple & room was a decent size

The property had no curtains or blinds to block people from looking in and to keep sun light out, There was a horrible banging noise all night, Upon arrival it was dark, there was no signage on the property that was visible from the road

Lovely location relaxing stop and served a good meal and breakfast.

Dog friendly, access directly from bedroom to outside, quiet, good road links, breakfast good with cheese and ham included (this is an upgrade to standard breakfast cost) simple evening meal selection available, friendly helpful staff, on site parking included

Nice and clean room, beautiful surroundings, nice pool though the water was a bit cold.

Only negative. Owner insisted we return to room at 11 as other guests were in rooms. It was only place to sit outside so a shame as it was really great stay

Friendly staff and great location - easy to find. The family room was comfortable for us with three adult children and it was great to have a pool at the end of a long day of driving. The evening meal was delicious!

The bathroom in the family room was clean but very tired and the shower wasn’t great as it was old fashioned and over the bath. Not enough hooks to hang 5 people’s clothes/towels up.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a beautiful setting although we couldn't appreciate it fully because of bad weather on our overnight stay. We enjoyed basic but tasty dinner and breakfast. Overall good value for money.

We arrived early and were not able to access our room but did use the pool area to relax.The young lady who worked there was absolutely lovely but we did get the impression overall (not from her) that everything was strictly controlled.Our room was very good and facilities were nice. The pool was a nice bonus on a hot day.

Beers were pretty expensive and the food options were limited and not that exciting. The food itself was mediocre at best. Dessert was pretty tasteless shop bought fare.Breakfast (which was extra but only 7€) was adequate but, again, not very exciting or varied.We ordered the charcuterie as a starter with some more beers but were told by the manager that we couldn't eat them in our room! The charcuterie boards were small and unexciting too.The place has potential but they could do a lot better with regard to menu options, quality and breakfast selection.

Great staff and location. The room was clean and well appointed. Would recommend to friends.
