We did not receive the information that the Spa was not included on time. Though this was a problem for us, they would not annulate our room. We went to the hotel, to find out it was a room communicale, with people we did not know. When we went to the reception, they could not do anything for us again. After several tries, we could talk to the manager, who was very rude and blamed us totally. Even through booking.com we could not do anything. So we left, angry but mostly sad. And this room was for us very expensive, Eur 160,-.Thereafter even at the request of booking.com the hotel would not do anything to compensate us, blaming us totally for the situation. Ofcourse we can expect the manager to respond on this review also with unkind words. We wish him well, God bless him. Treating people (and a child) like this for a bit of money. Take care.

    Everything. We left without staying.

Nice big poolComfortable roomsRestaurant with good food

Location far from everything by foot (need a car)Gates to enter the hotel are complicated to open, especially the lower oneLots of mosquitoes on the terraceRoom service knocking on door multiple times even though we had the "do not disturb" signGym is pretty bad

Lovely big pool, lots of parking and the beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The food, although expensive was delicious. The staff were really lovely.

Shower was stiff and very difficult to turn. However, it was fixed by the lovely lady on reception as soon as we said there was an issue. A shame there was no balcony.

The location was good. And it was not too big. Having a spa was a bonus. I had two massages during my stay, and one was excellent.

The room was very small and dark. Some of the staff were very helpful but not all.

Lovely grounds, friendly welcome, good room, excellent food, very professionally served

Beautiful setting and the room was lovely. The bed was super-comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and the evening meal delicious. The chef is wonderful. We were very impressed with the family room which had a lovely balcony where we sat and enjoyed the evening sunshine. We all had a lovely nights sleep. We didn’t have breakfast but would do so next time. We would certainly stay here again.

We ordered cocktails. These were very expensive and my margarita was not authentic (horrible bottled lemon juice) and the gin tonic was very weak. Not good value.

Easy location for a stop over on the autoroute de soleil.Lovely restaurant, delicious food

Why don't French hotels have a kettle and access to tea and coffee in the room?

    5EmilyPosted on: 10-16-2023

Bed was great- really quiet location so we slept well. So grateful for a check in at 8pm as we had been travelling from the south all day.

Room would have been lovely but we had a broken toilet- as we arrived and booked late it seemed they had quickly found us a room but knew there would be issues. That and the over fussed over priced restaurant- we wouldn’t return

    7JordiPosted on: 9-22-2023

We stayed here with our two kids for a stop over to south of France. Big surprise is the restaurant which is much nicer as one would expect looking at the rest of the hotel.

The pool is nice but needs some TLC.

Over priced restaurant with food that did not match the expense. No kettle or drinks making facilities in the room.Difficulty in making ourselves understood to staff in the restaurant. I understand English is not their first language and my French is not great - but surely in a hotel setting there should be a certain level of language skills. My experiences in other hotels in France is much more positive.

Nice meal, friendly staff, lovely pool area, lovely bathroom

    The pool was very cold

    9RadostinaPosted on: 8-27-2023

The hotel is situated nearby the highway, in a very quiet district. Great location! Their swimmingpool was clean and suitable not only to play in the water but also to swim. The swimmingpool is in a beautiful garden: perfect conditions to rest after a long drive. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with air-conditioning.

The personnel (most of them) did not speak English. We booked on the way back from our holidays a room for 1 night but the receptionist could not find our reservation, although she made it herself. We felt kind of lucky that there was still a room available to stay for the night.

    8JohnPosted on: 8-17-2023

The outdoor pool, the comfortable bed, the generous breakfast buffet and the friendly staff.

No vegetarian or vegan options on restaurant menu; fixtures and fittings could do with modernising; the lack of an anti-slip mat for the bath/shower.

If you do not speak French stay away from this hotel

Staff do not speak other language like French and do not accept that some guests do no speak French.
