Beautiful clean and comfortable hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Bicycle friendly.

The room was clean. The mini-bar fridge was stocked and working well. The parking was included in the price.

The beds were too squeaky, the pillows were extremely tall and uncomfortable, literally impossible to sleep on. For the 2nd night we bought from a shop our own pillows and finally got some sleep.

firstly we could not get a drink or any thing to eat as it was Good Friday and the Hotel had given all the staff a holiday if we would have been told this we would not have booked this Hotel

The hotel itself was fine but the area was not very appealing, found it very difficult to to find a decent place to have a meal.

Rooms clean

No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room30€ for our tiny dog? What is the 30€ for? We bring with us everything we need for her. 30€ is just a rip off.

Room alittle small for 3 adults and a dog.Uncomfortable beds.No facility to eat as a family with our dog. Had to take turns to go to breakfast.Expensive charge for taking dog @ 30 euros per night - only advised of cost day before our stay, after already paying balance and passing cancellation date.

I requested a room near the lifts as I was travelling with a small dog but did not get this room. I have stayed in your hotel before and have been given a room near the lifts. I was told that the room I was given was a dog friendly room & it could not be changed to a room near the lifts which I found unacceptable as I was given one before.

Clean , tidy , modern.Located on industrial estate but some nice bars , restaurants within walking distance

We are a group of touring cyclists. We stayed at the Sercotel AB Arganda and found a lovely hotel and an absolutely wonderful staff. They had a safe place to store our bicycles overnight and they also stored some bicycle flight cases and suitcases for us for 2 weeks while we completed our trip. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms large and super clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommendv this hotel.

room a little small for 3 beds but we were there for only one night to be close to airport without the premium pricing for being next to airport.

Nice room

30€ for the dog. Be aware only dogs up to 30kg allowed.

Nice room, breakfast as well. Easy parking and check in. A fridge in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, staff helpful & friendly, room was spacious, quiet & modern, good location for the airport.

Bed mattress a little hard for me, but fine for my wife!

Bad

The running machine in the gym was broken and I nearly hurt myself. The chair and bed desks were broken in the room. The staff was not willing to make changes. Do not stay in this hotel, my recommendation. They also charged a ridiculous fee for having a dog. Shame.

I liked the staff, ready and deal with me with a smile on their face. they were very helpful when needed. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the room they provided at first.

The first room I got smelled humid. I found it strange so I checked the room in detail, and one of the walls was full of moisture. The wallpaper came off so easily to uncover all the moisture on the wall. The smell made a lot more sense after the discovery. Luckily the staff was very understanding and helpt me get a new room which had no humidity problems. Nevertheless, the state of the old building gives away the years of no renovations. Furthermore, the breakfast quality was very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

The restaurant next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Being able to charge my car as part of the parking charge, this was excellent.

Would have preferred a walk in shower as opposed to stepping in and out of a bath. Lifts had a unpleasant, but not bearable smell, pet friendly hotel?
