ibis Styles Ales Centre Cevennes (Ouverture janvier 2026)

Amazing location right in the center of town, large rooms, very comfortable beds and a surprisingly good breakfast we could enjoy indoors or outside on the sunny terrace.

Slight lack of privacy as some apartments facing the square can look directly in the hotel room windows when you have the curtains opean.

Nice property. Clean. Lobby available. Good breakfast. English speaking reception that were very helpful.

Not enough towels. USB charging ports didn’t work.

The breakfast was awful, considering we're in France! The eggs didn't taste like eggs, the croissants were not fresh, ... shall I go on?

Location is perfect for both the town centre and the railway station. I was able to check in before the advertised time. Receptionist was welcoming and professional. Room was clean, well prepared and maintained before and during my stay.

Food was great. Bed really comfy. Room clean.

All but the wifi

Wifi doesnt work in the room. 2 different networks were suggested by the employés (their support was greately appreciated)...no success ... an hotel of this class must have a fully functional WiFi access h24....especially if rated for business trips

Breakfast was fine and not expensive. Room was comfortable. There was a electric kettle/ tea bags etc in the room which was fabulous. Nice lounge to relax in and good location.

Location very good and the bar was also very good.

We had an issue whereby we found a used tissue in the bed on our first night. The staff were not very helpful and left me to find sheets and change all the bedding myself. Shower head was also broken so sprayed most of the water out the door but the hotel was full so they told us but we didn't see very many people so I'm not sure he was being honest.

The hotel was centrally located on a large plaza with restaurants and shops nearby. The train and bus station were within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage and also to check-in somewhat early. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was bountiful. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and was well worth the cost.

The price of the parking was higher through the hotel than the cost of the parking through the parking itself (9 euros per night through the hotel compared to 30 euros per 7 days through parking).

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went and found an extension cable for us when we asked for one!The location was great too as it was just a coulple of minutes walk into the main bit of the town.

Instructions re car park late at night would have been useful. The gate was down and it wasn't clear how to get in at 3am after our flight had been delayed.No plugs next to the full length mirror, so my friend couldn't plug in her hair straighteners (hence the extension cable).

Very nice and courteous staff. I was allowed to take my road bike to my room with me which is something I really appreciate! ☺️ you have, however, also the option to store it in the basement. The area is amazing for a road bike holiday as the Cevennes mountains are absolutely beautiful!

If you’re vegan, the breakfast has not much to offer. only baguette and jam. I bought some almond milk and the staff put it in the fridge for me so I could at least have some muesli for breakfast. However, I don’t think it’s normal in France to have vegan options for breakfast so this is not a big deal for me. Some more fruit and veggies would have been nice too.

Comfortable bed. Good location. USB plugs in rooms.

No hot water in shower. Iron is shared and is terrible and almost broken. They asked if I wanted the room cleaned every night which was just not really something I'd even expect to be asked about. Breakfast was okay, no butter though.

it was hotter than expected and 33C all day. the air conditioning was not working so we opened the window that faces a busy boulevard. couldn’t sleet, too hot and too noisy
