Clean & simple comfortable room. Good welcome from staff and fabulous breakfast.
- friendly staff- clean facilities - great location
- old bathroom
Helpful and friendly staff. Secure parking for a motorcycle and good outdoor leisure area to enjoy a drink. Very short walk to the central restaurant and cafe area, but the hotel also has it's own restaurant.
The staff was friendly, the lobby/reception area is nicely decorated. The room was large and had a decent view as well as a window that could be opened. The bathroom was large and modern. The free welcome glass of wine was a nice touch.
The mattress was very hard and I woke up sore both mornings after only 6 hours of sleep. The bed was oddly dressed in terms of the sheets. There were also some mechanical noises, maybe because my room was close to the elevator. I couldn't get onto the Wifi, maybe because I have a macbook pro with an older operating system. The ramp to the parking garage is very narrow and it was a real challenge to enter and exit with my Volvo XC90.
Hotel is in the middle of the city.
There is no kettle, no water, no glass etc.
Nice hotel in a perfect location. Staff is perfect and very helpfull. Great breakfast.
Location and secure parking for the motorbikes.Breakfast was very good
Communication with the hotel.
Great location. Good facilities. Delicious breakfast. Convenient car parking. Very happy
breakfast is ok and location is perfect
If maid make our bed every day during our stay
The room was completely new/renovated. Bed was good. Parking comfortable and private. Easily accessible.
The bathroom was in one end of the room - no door! Kind of weirdly opened bathroom. The WC in the other side of the room - no sink, must walk across the room to the "bathroom" to wash hands.
Great locationgood food in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfastsecure underground parking
Good location, great staff , good food, breakfast not impressed.
great location and helpful and friendly staff. good food and nice breakfast. great to have good, secure parking in a town centre hotel.
Central location. Staff very helpful in finding us a quiet restaurant!
Stay ruined by Annual Ascension Festival. Hotel should have warned us about this - loud booming music until 2pm.
