Pros +
- Location, rooms
- super location, wonderful staff whose ability to multitask was exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Ayllon to anyone.
- The hotel is beautiful and very clean.
Cons -
- seriously under staffed, late breakfast times if you plan to make a good use of your day
- would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
- We waiting almost 45 min before someone greeted us and established our room. The AC was non-existent and the wifi was not working. The websites states "AC and Free wifi" but this was NOT the case. When we asked about the wifi the staff said that it works sometimes but sometimes it doesnt, no solution given.

cosy, clean and well located
The bathroom in the rooms doesn’t have a main door for intimacy and lighting in the wc room didn’t work. I was sharing the room and that problem was an issue
spacious suite and great location
I was expecting breakfast could be a bit more elaborate..
