- Very nice stay in a small village near the Bardenas Reales. Nice spacious room with window looking out into a beautiful treelined courtyard.Checking in really easy with codes/key and very friendly staff. Parking is no issue right behind the courtyard. We did not find much options to eat in the village ( two local bars with some tapas ) but we were off season. There is a small supermarket in town. The village has a beautiful church, old town and a castle. All within easy walking distance. We hope to visit again soon on our way back from or to Barcelona!!!
- the location, Sádaba is realy beutifull small city and the hotel is situated in an acient house

- It was Sunday night and the gastronomic offer (bar, restaurant close bye) was rather limited.

We stayed here after visiting Las Bardenas Reales. First nearly staff-free hotel stay in my life: check-in, payment, hotel and room access was digital. The room had space and was comfortable.
It was Sunday night and the gastronomic offer (bar, restaurant close bye) was rather limited.
Location, ambiance. Everything was good
Cafe closed the day we were there
The hotel is part of the restaurant but this is not clear in the booking information. When I turned up there was a language barrier and the lady at the bar wasn't able to tell me how to access the hotel. It was simply through a door at the rear of the restaurant. I sat for 1/2 trying to phone the hotel to find out what to do. After a long wait and the use of Google Translate, once I was on the wifi, I found the door to the hotel and was able to access my room. The booking information needs to be changed to explain this.
The shower and general water pressure were terrible. There was none! only a trickle of water from the shower head and from the sink. Trying to have a shower was a joke as there was no water! Terrible. No point complaining as the language barrier would once again have been a problem,
The friendly staff. The easiness of checking in.The air-conditioning in the superior rooms (we updated our previous booking). The price. The cheapness of the menú del día.
The loud sound of the elevator from room 201.What was offered for breakfast (nothing cooked. Only drinks, bread, butter, jam, juice)The tastelessness of the menú del día. You can have dinner somewhere else.
Nice spanish style appartment, not far from Pamplona.
Little bit dark room.
Very nice hotel in pretty village in farm working area. Helpful staff and they provided an excellent value evening meal.
Only small point is that the room was lovely and spacious, bt the bed was small for 2 tall adults. Only a small double.
Friendly staff who helped us lock up our bike a private area safely. Thank you very much. This hotel and it's environs are very nice. Value was good.
Food was terrible. We ordered pizzas. They came out refrigerated cold but also a bit burnt. Obviously made earlier and then heated up. It took a couple of goes to get it to temperature. This is not the standard expected in this area of Spain.
Irene and Peter, who were managing Hospederia Sadaba were very nice and helpful. Rarely have I stayed in any place where I felt so comfortable. The site was clean and comfortable and easy to find. The breakfast that was included with my stay was very good and filling. They helped me find a ride to another town when there was no bus until very late.
The bus schedule is different online, at the bus station, talking to the bus driver, etc. This was not the fault of the managers of this hotel but some information on buses, taxis (there were none in the town) or tours would be really helpful.
Nice hotel well located. Good sized room. Nice and clean. Shower room was good with clean towels and toiletries. Bar and very good value restaurant. Excellent five course menu.
No one at reception. Bar staff were more interested in themselves.
The room was very pretty but small
Eating in a gloomy bar with rowdy locals
We loved the quaint location as well as the history of the place. It is really charming and quiet.
We liked everything.
