The hotel as well as the room is very comfortable, nicely decorated and modern

The breakfast could be better, didnt appreciate that you can choose only 1 piece of fruit e.g.

Whole staff did welcome us nicely.

Air conditionning is too weak for the room size we had. Temp was too high. Breakfast wasn’t that great.

Esther is super friendly and the location is very convenient. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant.

The blinds don’t close completely.

Personnel were very friendly. Free parking. Late dining. Well located.

We only discovered on arrival that breakfast on a Saturday is served @ 09:00, and we had a ferry to catch. The receptionist arranged to leave us out a breakfast so we could eat before we left.

The bar/cafe/restaurant didn't open until 20:30, and at 18:00, we were longing for a drink after a 5 hour drive.

Breakfast was good and the staff did all they could to meet my partners gluten free requirements

The room was billed as a suite but was in fact an averagely furnished long room, the bathroom only contained a huge jacuzzi that was difficult to enter. The price of the room suggested this would be a premium hotel ( for my birthday) but along with the very average restaurant the whole stay was a disappointment at a very high price

Nice location, 5 minute walk to the local cafe strip. Good room with lots of space, this place seemed perfect for a longer visit as a business client.

Unfortunately during my stay the restaurant was being renovated.

Excellent hotel in San Adrian and a very good restaurant as well favouring local ingredients; rooms are very pleasant with all amenities. Esther the manager is welcoming you and serving at restaurant and for breakfast. Thanks to her.

Bar and restaurant not open. But lady directed us to a great bar to eat.

Bedroom and en suite very clean. Free WiFi and parking

The outside balcony/small terrace was surrounded by a very high brick wall so felt very claustrophobic and airless. Not pleasant to sit out on. Breakfast was not included in the price and very expensive for very little. It was very difficult to gain entry to the hotel to check in. No one was around and we had to phone a number printed on the wall outside to get someone to come over and let us in and check us in. I don't know what would have happened if our battery had run down or we had lost our phone or didn't have one. There was no emergency button to press to call for attention. The restaurant was closed (we assume because of covid) No mention was made of this on the website which would have been very helpful as I have a temporary mobility problem due to an operation and cannot walk very far. All other restaurants and bars in the town seemed to be open although too far for me to comfortably walk. There was a vending machine in the reception area with a few crisps, confectionary, water etc. Location very industrial
