Everything at this hotel came above expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and over looked the little square. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the waiter was very helpful and attentive. We have used this hotel three times now.

Only down side they had no vanilla ice cream, they had chocolate (my husband can not have chocolate or strawberry. This fact, however did not spoil our lovely stay.

Nice situation in the heart of the town so easy to find. Safe parking for vehicles. Clean, comfortable room with good ensuite.The hotel has a lively bar which was nice. Dinner in the restaurant was good, but we didn't stay for breakfast.

Great location, easy parking nearby. Good bar with plenty of food options. Fair prices and great value for money. Oh, and the best cheese-cake we have ever tasted.

I liked that we could also travel and stay with our dogs, the ambiance and location was nice, the staff was pleasant and the croissants they served were amazing and the place was clean, nice rooms and nice spacious showers.

Unfortunately, the beds weren't that comfortable, quite hard, I do like a softer bed.

Meals were a little regimented with not a great choice if you don't like sea food. Bottle of wine with your dinner but as I do not drink wine I had to pay for a soft drink which I thought a little strange as they saved a bottle of wine but I paid the same price for the meal as those who did have the wine.

The lovely welcome, the secure parking, the fabulous shower and the evening meal was lovely.

Amazingly looking and positively impressed. Can't imagine why only 2 stars. In the (small) city center. The restaurant is amazing and the prices are surprisingly low.

Great, small village location, in center of town. Easy to find, public parking was plentiful, a warm welcome by Ana! The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to have my pets stay with me.

Food in the restaurant was only so-so and as the only place in town that’s open for dinner, it was busy, rushed, and understaffed. The AC in my room did not work, and as it was an “attic” room, was extremely hot which made it difficult to sleep.

We chose this hotel for its location, less than an hour from the Bilbao ferry terminal. It proved ideal for an overnight stop on our way to catch the ferry home. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and the food we thought good value. If needed, the hotel has secure garage parking accessed direct from the hotel which was an added bonus for us. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Lovely hotel with fabulous bar and restaurant en route to the ferry. Free underground parking.

When looking for an accommodation in proximity of Bilbao, I couldn't be more lucky! The hotel is very, very nice! Small, comfortable, nicely located in the village center. Free parking available. Excellent kitchen! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and everything was very tasty. Very helpful personnel.

The location is lovely. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, other than in the bar. The restaurant was great and was dog friendly.

The room dimensions were quite small for 2 adults and 2 dogs. It would have helped if the room were on the ground floor, because of having dogs and the extra items needed for them.The breakfast options were limited.
