The staff were exceptionally friendly. They helped us figure out the best places to hike on each day, depending on the weather. They also told us of a wonderful trail, most people did not know about to hike. They treated us like we were family. Of.

The hosts were really great. Sophie gave us great advice for hikes in the area and Reggie provided all of our meals which were really satisfying and tasty. An overall fabulous experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very charming small hotel with good access to attractions by car. Wonderful friendly owners making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The onsite restaurant has very good and affordable dinner and breakfast food options.

Location next to industrial area is not perfect but fortunately it is quiet and has otherwise view of mountains.

A nice little hotel in a quiet location. Everything is clean and in good working order. The room is spacious. The owners are very friendly and provide good food.

Nothing to complain about. Needless to say that there is not much in Pierrefitte-Nestalas, if you want more "action" you have to stay in a nearby city.

Owners were super nice and welcoming. They gave us great tips for our hikes and they were very caring. The dinners were amazing, we would recommend to try them out! Our room was clean and cozy, equipped with kettle and tea. Right in front of the hotel is bus station, so you cen easily get to the mountains or to Lourdes.

Had a wonderful stay here while exploring the Pyrenees. Very friendly and helpful owners, delicious homemade food, superb gardens for relaxing in and well equipped, comfortable room. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The rooms are comfortable and quite clean. The personnel is extraordinary. Knowing that we don’t eat meat, they always had an alternative aside even if it is not on the carte. By the way, the food is extraordinary and you don’t need to consider other options for dinner.

We didn’t tried the breakfast because we were always leaving quite early in the morning for the activities. Because you can’t eat or cook in the room, we had to find alternatives that, in the winter, were not so practical.

Location. Size of the room. The restaurant was open.

The room was very simple, just the beds and a small desk, without amendments such as kettles and minibar. This was fine by us if not for the fact that they overcharged us making the room not a good value. According to the informational posted in the room, we (two adults) were charged the four-person rate instead of two-person. Perhaps if I had booked directly with the hotel this could have been avoided.
