Lovely hotel in centre of town and not far from the stunning beach. We arrived at fiesta time which was great to see the whole town celebrating (but didn't make for a great night's sleep!)

The resto was a pay and wait autoservice, it worked but somewhat inpersonal. During peak times they have a waiter service

The view from my room wasbeautiful, the bed is very comfortable, the room stays warm despite the cold weather, and the restaurant has great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Either we got unlucky with the room, or photos of the room in the ad were taken quite a while ago. As our room didn’t look as nice as on the photos.Also, There’s lack of sound isolation of the rooms, and it’s can be a serious problem, like it was for me and my wife during our stay.There’s no soundproofing of doors to the corridor. And you can hear everything what’s happening there. Also, what’s happening in the other doors, especially if other guests are not being quiet.During our stay, in the room next to us checked in two teenage girls late in the evening (no idea where their parents were, but they were not it the same room) - and they were being loud during the evening, and even at night (after 01:30). Nothing was done about it by the hotel staff.Considering that we paid a higher rate as we were booking for the holiday weekend, for this price it was a disappointing experience.

Very clean comfortable room, had air con and en suite bathroom/showerroom/toilet. Hotel situated only 5 mins walk from Metro station. Friendly attentive staff and restaurant/bar available for a la carte or less formal meals. Lift to all floors. Breakfast available but I didn't utilise. Would definitely recommend.

Very well located hotel with (from our room) great views over the estuary. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

We considered eating in the restaurant but tbh it seemed more of a bar for families & kids.

Very nicely decorated room with great view, but unfortunately, the air con was very noisy and could not be turned off. Comfortable bed with cozy quilts. Great atmosphere, good restaurant with tasty food and friendly service.

The room's aircondition system was really poor. Could not be turned off, only adjusted from very noisy to extremely noisy. A place which otherwise was very promising turned out to be mediocre. We did not sleep much. What a shame.

Lovely bright rooms, clean. Friendly staff

Lack of soundproofing and loud slamming of doors. Can hear other people moving around in their rooms. Aircon is installed but not very powerful and does seem to work that well. Also on a Friday and Saturday night the bar downstairs seems to become some kind of bar/club and there was very loud music until 3am.

The location on the river. The restaurant was excellent. Easy free parking nearby. Train close by to get to Bilbao easily.

Beds were too hard and not comfortable. No exhaust fan in bathroom so towels didn’t dry and room was damp.
