- Very expensive to travel from Bordeaux airport. 270 euro 1 way for a group of 6.Only 1 small shop close by(not a bad shop).Very little selection of restaurants most days as they close 3 days a week.Pools close at 7 (I feel this is too early) as the kids loved the pools and the tv is hard to find decent english channels
- No shower handle. Not enough lounger at the pool ( there was some there but locked??!!
- Some members of the staff were not at all friendly nor helpfull.Our complaint about a strong cigarette smell in our stay was bluntly denied (I still don't understand how that was possible). On another occasion, someone simply refused to help out with the instructions at the washing facilities. The restaurant & entertainment staff however were great!
