It was clean and good locationThe beds were very comfy and it was a nice space Comfortable and clean when we arrived

There was no water pressure at all!!! Couldn’t take a shower and couldn’t rinse the soap off it was so bad Also we had to clean in the morning ( no problem) but there wasn’t anything to clean with. No vacuum or broom so it was very difficult Then as we got hole we were contacted by the property saying we didnt clean enough and they tried to say we had ruined soome things in the room. We did not. They expected us to pay alot extra and I think they were just trying to get money from us. As I replied we did not do what they said and they did not have permission to take any further funds from our card. Then I have,nt heard from them since. So I believe they were trying to scam us for more money, as we left the appartement in very good condition. Wish I had of taken photos as proof we didnt ruin anything.

Good location near the lake

Overpriced compared to what the camping had to offer. Swimming pool is superrsmall, bbq is not allowed and there is little room for kids to play. Just a small area and one pingpong table. Also cars are not allowed at the camping so u need to get a small cart to bring ur luggage. All in all it’s not ideal. They also don’t have a supermarket, u have to go to a different camping to get some bread and stuff.

For a holiday location this would suit perfectly, the suits are spacious and ours had an excellent private balcony overlooking the forest. We atayed one night enroute to basically visit the nearby Hyroaviation museum but this would meet the requirments of a young family for a longer stay.

The suit although spotless was a little dated and utensils a little hit and miss. Our refridgerator was missing a freezer compartment although the reception said most others had them! Did not help us much so ice needed to be purchased the following day to get us by.

The location, close to the lake.Premises are surrounded by greenery, plants, trees.The apartment on top floor of the chalet is roomy, comfortable, functional and well equipped, with a lot of greenery around and a (small) enclosed terrace (good as dog can’t run away around the property, on the ground floor the terrace is not enclosed though)The staff was very friendly, the director is also very professional and willing to make our stay enjoyable, not charging us for some options and helping with noise issues coming from guests late at night.

Although the chalets are intelligently placed to have a bit of intimacy, some guests are careless and disrespectful of others, being noisy late at night or leaving lights on outside all night (summertime, hot weather so need to sleep with windows opened and had to sleep with mask and earplugs)Don’t leave valuables in the apartment as someone (not staff) searched the apartment and left signs of their intrusion in our absence during daytime .

Clean, comfortable, lot of activities for the family (pools, table tennis, sandy playground etc), calm location

You can’t check in before 16:00 what is not good with family with small kids. Conversation between restaurant staff infront customers are not nice

Had everything it said it would, good proximity to the lac, was clean and facilities were good. One heated pool and an outdoor one, which was very pleasant too. The apartment was basic, but clean and great value for money overall.

Even when you come after 19.00 (as we did) they leave a key for you.

10.00 is to early for checkout, 11 would be great

We liked the camping site very much. The covered pool was quiet and clean. The villas are well equipped and rooms were nice. The lake was just beside by walking and by car went to the beach in 25 mins! I recommend this camping site!

Everything was good. We had no issues staying there for 2 nights. Our kids enjoyed the place very much. Just the outside lights of the camping turns off at 12, which can be a bit cumbersome if you arrive late.

The room was nice and the pool was good.

The room didnt come with standard airconditioning and the deposit is yet to be released after 2 weeks for a 1 day stay.

it was small apartment but it was good for 2 adults and 1 kid. Very quiet and dog friendly. comfortable place. the area with swimming pools are very good!!!

Stay away. Doggy Hotel

Hidden charges. This hotel wanted an extra £300 which was not listed clearly when booking. Tried to to contact the hotel and had no help from the staff. Could not get a refund off them regardless even though we didn’t even go there. Really disappointed and still chasing up on my money.

The food was good and the staff were really helpful

The beds were a bit hard and we didn't really get any bedding so only had a throw over blanket

Not much just the lady at reception who was only there sometimes was okay and everyone else was so rude

Everyone there was very rude, not accommodating, the pool was not open only for one day!! They are not like advertised on website. The male receptionist is very very rude and judgemental, they won’t speak English only the lady, they did not help us with anything we had to buy bin bags toilet roll etc and clean the whole place before leaving, the jacuzzi was not a real jacuzzi.

It is a fantastic place to relax - not far from Bordeaux and other towns with amenities (supermarket...) while in a very quiet and peaceful place, with horses, a small lake, beautiful trees, a small river ....The owners are very friendly and welcoming.They have a cute spa facility where you can have various relaxing treatments done.It is a perfect place for couples as well as families with young children to enjoy a bit of countryside.Love it! Thank you

Swimming pool & playgrounds are excellent!

- Furniture / chair / table on the terrace were broken- WiFi basically non-existent: Slow to not usable. This is not an asset one should pay for. Also just 1 account/device per booking can be connected at the same time- hot water was not working during 25% of the time of our stay. Though we reported it in the morning to the staff, a solution was promised but never found until our departure - not even information on the progress/ current state of the problem. Having warm water on a trip with 1 child and a newborn is essential though for us.- curtains in the apartment smelled sincerely Bad and unclean

I like the quietness of this residence

A nightmate to get the instructions for the appartment key if you arrive late. Nearly slept outside only thank to a resident l finallly found the key - it was in a safe opened in the laundry! At the beginning the manager was blaming booking.com for not forwarding their emails properly and the next morning the managers yelled at me in front of other customers blaming me for not having seen the instructions on a piece of paper stuck at the window- which was a lie they was no instructions just 2 tel numbers for urgency but noone answered when l rang. It was my most terrible experience l had in 35 years of travelling !

The staff was super nice!

The price was good and the facilities ok.

Ants had invaded our kitchen.
