Pros +
- Lovely food, lovely room, lovely pool
- Dinner was amazing, likely the best meal of my 2 month trip. Breakfast was very good.
- I stayed in the annex with my dog, which was convenient and with car parking right in front. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. However the main reason I always stay in le Resinier is their restaurant which is excellent and a treat after a long day’s driving.
Cons -
- Would have appreciated more casual dining, more options as a hotel guest. Things were a little stuffy, to upscale for pilgrim walking to Santiago.
- We stayed in winter and bathroom floors were freezing… service in the restaurant was ok, but uneven.
- It would have been useful to have a few towel hooks or racks in the bathroom.

Interesting property with good facilities, a variety of unique rooms and a fantastic, bar/pool space. Restaurant was above average.
We stayed in winter and bathroom floors were freezing… service in the restaurant was ok, but uneven.
Spacious room with a small private outdoor area. Swimming pool. Nice setting with chairs and places to sit outside. On site restaurant. The receptionist the day we arrived 18/9/24 was a young lady proficient in English and just helpful and friendly. She had a lovely custom service manner.
It would have been useful to have a few towel hooks or racks in the bathroom.
We booked last minute and were delighted with the chalet and facilities. Very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely breakfast.
The restaurant was not open on the evening that we stayed. However we had a great dinner in a local village.
Very comfortable and clean. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Only criticism is that jacuzzi with room was extra cost.
It's always like coming home. After a long drive, to arrive at Le Resinier and sit down on the terrace to a wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food - ca't beat it!
Rooms and restaurant were fantastic. Across from the main square. Fun to participate in Bastille day festival but was somewhat noisy the whole night so be aware of the events at the restaurant and the village.
Very clean, very picturesque, friendly staff, nice diner, nice bed. Free parking. Lovely stay.
Only one possible thing to improve: The door in the room has a window in the top. This window has no curtain so in the morning you wake up from the light coming in. Some people might like this, but I personally would like the possibility to darken the room.
Clean, comfortable with helpful staff. Good restaurant. Good location for Camino St Jacques stop over. Across the street was a useful collection of food shops. Small market on Sunday morning.
Breakfast was just ok, did not match the €20 weekend charge. No cafe au lait available from the breakfast coffee machine, cappuccino was also not working properly. Apparently, no milk and was not possible to fix. A good cup of coffee is important to start my day. No reception staff on Sunday morning.
An excellent hotel to stay when travelling from Spain to UK and would stay again.Dog friendly in both the rooms and restaurant. The restaurant is superb-a little pricey but worth it.Great breakfast too.Comfortable beds and quiet room.Slept well.
Wifi in annexe wasn’t working.
Loved the restaurant
There was no wifi in our room due to a tech issue that had been going on for more than 48 hours. That can happen it we should have been told as we were checking in as wifi is important. I would have liked a bar.
Very friendly and helpful staff, modern room with a/c, good bed, excellent restaurant and breakfast.
Location. The staff were great. The restaurant was excellent
Good stop over just off the main autoroute, Really nice restaurantNice heated pool
Check in was very bad
What a warm welcome! The staff were so friendly and took the time to show us round. Dinner in the restaurant was a delight as was the breakfast, which surpassed itself in homemade pancakes and madeleines as well as beautifully prepared fresh fruit. We stayed in the annex and loved the little garden we had outside as well as the electric blind which darkened the room perfectly for a good night's sleep.
I would have liked a bigger bed.
It was imaginatively constructed. Lovely room. Good breakfast. Location near Auto route so great stop for transiting to Spain/Portugal.
Restaurant shut on Mondays.
The courtyard restaurant. Really nice breakfast as well. Clean rooms.
staff, food and cleanlinees
rooms in the annex have no wifi and are a bit ordinary
