- The wifi wasn't working and there was no apologies or help about it. Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful. It's a good thing to speak Spanish or the experience would be worse. Good shower but it flooded the bathroom floor.Breakfast average.Dinner time is not before 9pm.Overall I would give an 8 rating easily but for the lack of Wifi which is advertised.

Lovely hotel in the pico gredos area. View of the mountains from the balcony. Very nice staff, very welcoming despite our very, very limited Spanish. Room was excellent and comfortable.

Some of the staff seemed disinterested, and they weren't customer friendly. No information about the hotel itself, such as meal times, or the local area. Food in the restaurant we had was very basic, and bland.
