- Staff was very friendly and helpful. My trip was for business and the staff assisted me with contacting local businesses to track down a shipment of material that I had attempted to send to the hotel. Continental breakfast was included.
- Staff, location, and dining.
- The hotel is beautifully well designed and decorated. Staff is fantastically nice - friendly and helpful Location is great - at one end of the main strip across the street from the beach.
Cons -
- AC was hard to control - was on nearly all the time even when set to 'off' or higher temps.
- No coffee in the rooms. Restaurant does not open till 8am and the coffee there is $5 per cup with no free refills. 2 cups of coffee for 2 people comes to $20
- No hot water, no hair dryer in the room (staff said they would leave one at the door- did not happen). The room wasn't clean (shower was awful) The location is next to a few restaurants and a mountain bike away from any beach worth seeing.
