Reaching the right cottage the very first time is a little confusing. But you can figure it out in a while.

Cabins were clean and comfortable and good internet

when it rained it was so load and couldn’t sleep

Very modern and clean

No oven, just a microwave and hob

Very decent. Everything was working in the cittage whitch is often not the case. Looked relatively new. Friendly staff. Matrases on beds quite hard for people with back&nek problems.

Clean and cozy cabbine. Great playgrounds around and beautiful location. Everything we needed

The cabines were a bit cold on the floor.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE A CABIN WHERE YOUR DOOR IS NOT LOCKED TRY IT IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IT LOCK YOUR DOOR AND TEST TO SEE IT IT IS LOCKED PROPERLY SEE PICTURE OF THE TWO CABINS I STAYED IN AND BOTH CABINS DO NOT HAVE A SAFETY LOCK SYSTEM YOUR DOOR WILL OPEN AS IF IT IS NOT LOCKEDAFTER YOU THINK YOU HAVE LOCKED IT .So probably every cabin is the same So anyone can open your door in the night Or when you have left your cabinTHIS IS VERY UNSAFE FOR ALL PEOPLE TO KNOW Who wish to stay hereThis really spoilt the trip as it was a very lovely location.It was reported as the inconvenience of changing cabins disrupted my trip and to date no reason or compensation was offered !

Location is very quiet, even for new years eve. Parking space available. EV charging as well, though you'll need a Belgian charging card/compatible. Julia's Brasserie, on site, is very good.

Not all accommodations are new / have a modern feel - the one we had this year felt a little dated compared to last year: old sofa/rug. Nothing bad though. The 'Belsano' ones are better than the 'Kempen' ones.Cleaning in the lodge could have been more thorough.

Its private and comfortable to share with the family :)

If you stay for little time like we do, its a bit uncomfortable that you have to bring soap, towels, toilet paper, etc..

Nice stay

Only received two dishwasher tablets and a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid for a four night stay with four people.

The atmosphere is wonderful.The park is connected to nature, where you find yourself living in the heart of the forest.

The lighting is very dim in the park streets, not suitable for walking in the evening in winter, the swimming pool is about 12 minutes away by car.

Good facilities and the place is good for kids to play. The food is good at the restaurant.

The rooms are too small for two people as they don’t fit any luggage inside. So luckily we had extra bedroom and put all the luggage there.

House was new and clean and outdoor games for Kids were fine

The booking description of the house was ok appart that household linen was included. But I had to pay more than 80€ additional for that and tax...Communication was very bad as I was receiving all emails in Dutch via booking and none of the web links sent were functionning. The enveloppe we received at the entrance was fully in Dutch. Normally I mentionned that I am French and I speak english.The indoor swimming pool was closed during the week.Beds not comfortable

very nice clean park, welcoming staff. everything you need .different types of accommodations for every liking.Stayed in Belsano 6. loved it. everything was very clean.went here off season so not too crowded. I reckon in the summer months it can be very noisy.

Everything was great. Cottages are new and equiped with everything you need. Perfect location to reach karting Genk.

Our heating system did not work, but it was fixed as soon as I informed reception.

The chalets were beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower was brilliant

The microwave/grill - we couldn’t work out how to use it which made cooking hard

Chalets in very nice nature environment. Very silent at night! Very clean and very well equipped.

The matrasses were not very comfortable. It would be nice to include at least one kitchen towel in the rental price.

excellent facilities for both adults and children. a good nights sleep every night as the beds were so comfortable and the shower was powerful and water temp perfect for all of us.

food at the on site restaurant could have been better had to return a very tough steak and a burger which was very under cooked,

swimming pool for kids were not open even during the good weather. no indoor facilities for kids.

Very clean. Our cabin was on the edge of the site, next to the forest - beautiful, peaceful location.

Kitchen poorly equipped - no tea towels or oven gloves so was hard to take food out of oven! Was not made clear in booking that towels are not included.
