Friendly staff, very good restaurant, good breakfast included at low cost, comfy beds, free parking, local historical feel/atmosphere

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting LEGOLAND, and it was a great choice for our family of four. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. One thing we really appreciated was the elevator, which made handling our big suitcases from a month-long trip so much easier (a rare find in small towns!). The staff didn’t speak much English, but they were kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. The buffet breakfast was nice and had a good variety.

We booked two rooms for the family and room were on the different floors.

Do not stay here. Our flight was delayed and the hotel refused us entry. Stranded with a little baby we had to find an alternative in the middle of the night.

Rude, dismissive staff

Unlike the first visit, which was commendable, this time only the proximity of the hotel to the highway, the kindness of the owner's wife, and the abundant selection for breakfast are commendable.

Like last time, we booked and paid for a comfort room, but we got a standard room, which is therefore smaller than what we paid for. Supposedly, this is a renovated room, but this was, first of all, an uncleaned room, a broken toilet seat, no hot water in the shower, no hand soap, only shower shampoo. And the worst thing, in the morning we saw cockroaches in the hallway to our unpleasant surprise. I'm sorry to write this, but unfortunately this time it was an experience like this. I hope that this review will help the owners to correct these defects for the sake of future guests. I will repeat that the woman serving is very hardworking and very kind.

It is close to the motorway.

Dirty sheets, diirty furniture, worn out building, no soap, cockroaches.

Although a bit small double room, very neat and clean. Very friendly staff, an excellent choice for breakfast, included parking and proximity to the highway make the hotel a recommended hotel for a vacation on a trip. We will definitely come again and look forward to it!

The hotel was having renovations done but that had no bearing on our stay. We were treated wonderfully by Maria (the owner) who runs the hotel with her husband and their son who does the cooking. Fabulous family hotel, lovely food and a very friendly atmosphere. Despite being on a main road, we weren't disturbed by traffic - great value for money!!

The room was larger than expected. The beds were comfy for me (soft). The room was clean. The staff was friendly. All around, it was a pleasant one-night stay on a roadtrip through the area.Breakfast was really nice.

Plenty of parking, a fair selection for breakfast and friendly staff even if we struggled to communicate. Much appreciated from a struggling Englishman. Was quiet, even though close to the autobahn, which also means its handy place to stop to visit Nuremburg, Munich or Stuttgart.

No in room drinking facilities or water. The shower either needs more pressure or a new showerhead, and it constantly fluctuates between hot and cold.

I checked prior to booking if the hotel had a restaurant. It does, but it wasn't open at 8 pm. So walked outside and found a few.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked a taxi to an airport for me as I don't speak German. The room was clean and lovely. Would definitely recommend this place!

Room number 47,8 m2 with 2 beds, light from corridor go to room under the door all the nightNo restaurant, also in city, questionable logic corona restrictions in Germany.Germany is coming very sade the last years, especialy with corona politicals unlogic roules.Europe of bruxelles is very sad like dead, no comparaison with teh years 70.
