Varied and good breakfast buffet. A lot of space to walk, good for someone with pets.Restaurant in the hotel and staff really nice and gentle.

Rooms could be better cleaned, as well as the bathroom.

good location, great starting point for some bike trips. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Locked shed available to store bikes. Helpful staff.

The hotel was excellent. The room we were upgraded to was very spacious as it was actually a disabled access room ..as was all the others on this wing, but It was more than adequate for our needs.

The restaurant seemed to be lacking in quite a few food/drink items as I suppose it was maybe end of season when we were there . The menu was not very exciting .. just basic food...little choice. Only two staff working which led to having to wait for food. The breakfast was the usual buffet but again not much hot food choice but adequate.

Very friendly staff. Very big room. Electrically reconfigurable bed - very nice to for working on a laptop while using the bed a sofa/seat.Quiet location and yet close to everywhere I needed to go.

Despite the very large room, the desk definitely was on the too small side.I did not eat at the hotel, but did check the menu and found it to offer only a quite limit choice of main courses.

It's an odd-shaped hotel, but very cozy.We had one dinner and breakfast at the Hotel, nothing fancy, but all was good.

The hotel is prepared for the elderly and people with disabilities, in every room and throughout the hotel. I think due to its past, you can feel a characteristic smell .

Location and view were amazing

Beds were not very comfy, we had to ask for extra pillows because only one small one was provided per guest, plus amenities like hand soap were missing

The location is perfect, it’s quiet area and there is a lake nearby, very nice walking path around hotel, playground for kids, it’s really great place for a family visit, room is big, spacious, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and varies each day, helpful and friendly people! Also it’s super close to Bruges. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely walks around the lake, excellent breakfast, spacious room and kind to our doggies!

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place for short or long holidays. The room is huge, we could accommodate a crib for our 4m old baby, and still has a lot of space to walk around and even for the baby to play on the floor. Bathroom also has a great size. Property is clean and tidy. Staffs are all friendly. Breakfast has a several option and everything was delicious, and the restaurant has a peaceful view to the lake. We’ll definitely come back more times, it’s close to Ghent and Brugge, to the beach and others cities, great location! The property has a beautiful lake and playground for kids.We don’t have a pet, but it’s also pet friendly and has nice facilities for it with a great outside area to play/walk with your pet.Ps: it’s a perfect place for everyone, and the rooms are soundproof, so you don’t have to worry about someone getting annoyed if you kid/baby is crying or if you dog is barking :)

The place allows you bring your pet, which is completely fine. But at the restaurant during breakfast, for hygienic reasons, it would be better if it were pet-free, and also it’s not nice walking around the restaurant afraid if any dog will jump on your because of the food. There were small and big dogs there.

Breakfast was delicious. Location is 10 minutes drive from Bruges, but perfect if you want a little bit of quiet and a pleasant walk or run around the lake.

The place is clean, comfortable beds, the location is in the middle of nowhere but close to Brugge, breakfast was nice, free parking

Spacious room, comfortable beds, easy car park, nice breakfast and most importantly, nice location and amazing looking hotel to stay for 2 nights that we will come again for sure!

Was very very clean - breakfast was fair and coffee ok.

No access to food on arrival at 22:15. No access to drinks other than a vending machine. Beds are rock hard hospital beds with plastic covered mattress so cold and sweaty. Hotel in almost complete darkness as was the carpark on arrival and very hard to find any signs of life. TBH I would avoid this hotel and won’t be going back. Staff not interested in communication before my arrival about food and assistance and I specifically asked for a room not next to a lift or stair case or family rooms as I’m a light sleeper. I got put in room 101 next to the main staircase and main lift shaft, children in the room crying at 2300 and the rooms have zero soundproofing from the corridor, all in all not a great place to stay, other than it was very clean.

The hotel looked like an old covid hospital, the bathrooms had no shower or bathtub,their were no towels and bathrobe when asked for sauna, breakfast had limited options and Don’t recommend at this price

Beautiful location for walking with dog. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

Staff was helpful.Rooms were big, cozy, quite & clean. Property is situated right beside the lake. A very nice place.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Big spacious room with a lot of light. Room is made to be really accessible for people with disabilities. We also really enjoyed that our dog was able to join us around. :)Hotel is located next to the lake surrounded by walking path we really liked.

For sauna we did not have robes or slippers in room. So make sure you carry it if you need them. There are changing rooms as part of sauna.
