- The location was convenient for visiting many of the attractions in the region. It was also a short distance to Zuidlaren for a relaxing day out wandering around the village and enjoying poffertjes or friets in the square.

- Poor communication when booking through Booming.com.Booking.com did not include the request for a pet, Summio emailed & asked if I was travelling with a pet to which I responded yes.Just before I arrived at the premises I received an email - I was driving but had luckily stopped to pick up some supplies - which advised that there were no more pet friendly accommodations available so I had to make alternate arrangements for my dog - at additional cost of course!Had Booking.com passed on the request I would have known the day before and cancelled the booking completely.

Everything was good. Almost perfect. The area, the house, the facilities inside, everything was fine. Very clean and comfortable.

Quiet place near the lakes
It is necessary to clean much more often. When asked to give toilet paper, they answered that you need to buy everything yourself. There are no towels
The location was beautiful! And the bedrooms were comfortable (even in the hot days of 30 degree). The wasmachine was also very handy for long staying.
The kitchen and the kitchenware’s were nog very clean after we checked in. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
Very nice location in nature and close to Groningen. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
The house was not clean when we arrived so next morning they cleaned it again luckily. It was outdated as well but this was not a big problem.

The size of the property was good, nice area.
The beds not comfortable at all.Lots of mosquitoes, you can't sit outside.The stairs to the sleeping rooms dangerous for the kids.The washing machine bad and the drying machine not working.
It is a very comfortable place. Really spatious and clean, intimate and relaxing.
The check-in is only 2 hours but the hours kept changing, therefore it was really hard to get the reception. It wad especially hard to do the check in/check out. Next times, they should just offer the details for the offline check in/out from the beginning, since nobody is at the reception anyway. Then i was sent the bill once more, after i have already paid with Booking. So, they need to work on communication.
