- Our room was nice and it was looking at the lake which is beautiful. Also, the breakfast was really really nice! We loved it.

- After a long journey arrived to find the hotel locked . We arrived well within the agreed arrival time . We were not told in any of our email correspondence that this would happen and if it did , what to do . In the end I phoned the number on our booking details to be told that the key was in a key safe !!!! Our room was prepared , no water or any other drink . Sloping roof caused difficulties. Bathroom needed upgrading . We were told on a few occasions that the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings . We are elsewhere on Monday . On Tuesday afternoon , having booked a restaurant where , we found staff preparing the dining room. We were told the restaurant would be open on Tuesday night . Why were we given the wrong information ? Breakfast was inadequate .
- There is literally almost no internet nowhere. Sometimes you might get a signal in the room, at least this was the case for our room, but in the restaurant and the other areas no internet at all. Also for non-Germans the atmosphere might be a little unpleasant as you might get a lot of attention from other people staring at you.

There is unfortunately no WiFi in the rooms
The hotel has a scenic location in front of the lake Wolgastsee and if you travel by car, it is conveniently located approx. 4 km to the beach in Ahlbeck. The hotel is a quite location and our room was very good and clean with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Description and pictures match very well with information in Booking.com. The breakfast was generous, delicious and it is almost like a brunch. The site staff is amazing and make you feel very welcome in the different sectors of the hotel. Very expedited checking in process.
There is no wi-fi connectivity in the room, if it is a problem for the guest, only in the reception area. Free parking is in the public zone and it depends on availability. The checking out process should be quick as the checking in, specially if no extras.
