Premises. Everything nice.

I had a health situation with my wife feeling very sick. The doctor recommended she eats something light like steamed rice or steamed potato. I went to ask the hotel restaurant - the cook said it would be no problem to prepare that; but after talking to his manager she refused and said this was a “three or four courses menu restaurant” and not “a la carte” . And they offered no take away.

Excellent bike parking in a secure garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and found the location ideal for exploring the old port area and the charming streets nearby. The beds were very comfortable, the staff warm and helpful, the breakfast tasty, and the setting perfect—comforting and relaxing after a long 50‑mile (80‑km) ride.

Exquisite architecture, furnishings and regal feel. Premiere location within walking distance to everything in town. Amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Such a comfortable and pleasant stay. Happy that there was secure bicycle storage.

Perhaps more hangers would be nice and towel hooks for/near the shower.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location is very nice. Hotel furnishings are beautiful. Indoor parking was very convenient. Staff were very nice.

Open shower in the bathroom. Stay too short. Hotel restaurant was completely booked but, found a nice alternative.

We liked our room, the knowledgeable staff, their readiness to help. The breakfast facilities were ok.

There could have been a warming facility in the bathroom (towels and continuous dampness)

Great location, though tricky to find the correct way to the carpark (don't trust Google maps!). Freindly staff and a very organised and well run operation.

I made the mistake of not booking a table for dinner before my arrival so wass unable to have an evening meal at the hotel.

The staff we exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was great having the car park under the hotel, particularly as the hotel is in the city so street parking is limited. You walk straight through from the car park into the hotel reception. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great, right in the centre of the city. The breakfast was excellent with a great range.

I’ve stayed here several times, and as always, everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast couldn’t be better, and the staff is extremely friendly.This time, I mistakenly booked a room with two double beds. Even though Booking.com said changes weren’t possible, the hotel had no problem switching me to a room with a large bed.Simply the best hotel in the area! Zierikzee is one of my favorite towns – a beautiful village by the sea.

Rooms were very appropriate, very clean. Not very big. Bathroom in the room, separated by a glass door. Above and beyond breakfast. Wonderful staff.

Up market hotel right in the centre of town, with garage parking. Contemporary feel. Staff welcoming. Great breakfast.

Unable to sample the restaurant, was told it was already fully booked when we checked in. Plenty of Restaurants in the town though.

The automatic bathroom light which lit up the whole bedroom every time someone went to the toilet in the middle of the night.

We only stayed for one night, but loved every bit of it !Breakfast was great too and the underground car parking was an added bonus, especially as we arrived in a thunderstorm !

Not a hell of a lot to be honest

lovely building, brilliant location, and friendly staff.

car parking was expensive, and the restaurant wasnt open every day, however we loved the hotel. the bar didnt stay open unless it had guests drinking at it, so if you arrived back late it was closed up.... but the bar staff were lovely and really helpful

We liked the location in the very center of Zierikzee. The building is very nice and in perfect condition, the parking (garage) spacious and easy to use. Our room was nice, comfortable and quiet. The food, we had breakfast and dinner, was very good quality and the service delivered by everyone we were in touch with, was very professional and very kind and helpful.

Well located and very cosy, the room was fantastic, clean and well equiped.

A lot of noise since 07:00 in the morning (trolley, garbage containers, truck for textile delivery, …). We chose this quiet place to relax and we’ve been woken up by a lot of noises just below our room.
