Hotel Restaurant Ruimzicht

Our room was for three people and we had enough room. Bathroom was a good size. Bonus deck space at the back of the room. Did not purchase breakfast, but had a nice supper in the hotel restaurant. Parking was convenient.

Good position on the Pieterpad. Good clean room Expensive, lacking fridge and coffee in the room presumably because of onsite restaurant.

warm welcome for our dog. also in restaurant we got a quiet spot. so great hospitality.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. Food is amazing, so delicious and high quality.

The room should have a boiler/ kettle with tea and coffee.

The staff were really efficient and friendly throughout, and the restaurant/bar was good.

The room was extremely poor, like going back in time. The single bed was extremely uncomfortable and my room was very cold. I did not sleep well at all, hardly at all. Also, the room was quite dusty. There was tiny tv screen which was miles away from the bed so not really usable.

The room is simple, but it is nice. There is a good shower and a good bed, that is what you want with a stay in hotel! The restaurant is excellent, the food is 5 stars!!!

Room is simple, not of this time anymore. And why still HR1-glass, time to switch to HR2 or more...make it more sustainable and comfortable in the room

The rooms are old fashioned and have to be renovated. Bathroom is small but oké

The restaurant food was very good. It was unusual to get large physical keys for the room access.

The television in the room was not working properly. The video only had green and blue. There was not a true door between the bathroom and the bedroom. Using the bathroom at night could disturb someone sleeping.

We very much liked the dinner we had in the restaurant. It was delicious and the Staff were very friendly.

I was a little bit disappointed with the room. Beds were nor very comfortable. The shower cubicle wasn't very clean and the floor in the shower was moving!

Lousy beds

Atmosphere in the hotel and location.

I could not find the light switch in bathroom (there was a pull-string which I was afraid to pull if it was an alarm - had such experience once in Scotland), and wifi password in the room. The dinner (white fish) was maybe overcooked and for my expectation tasteless. I wanted to have the dinner tip on my bill, which I asked for, said it was possible, but eventually I didnt get it - maybe communication misunderstanding and my fault, too.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating.Location was on a bus route.Night key offered after front doors closed at 11.30pm.

Expensive for a 3 star type hotel, and they don't even have a kettle in the room!Most rooms have shower only, expected hotel to have some availability for rooms with bathtubs.The food menu was extremely expensive and after paying such high room rates, couldn't afford to eat at the hotel where the continental breakfast was 15 euros per person and that's not even for an English Breakfast. The lunch and evening dinner menus were even more expensive such that dining at hotel was not affordable, not even for 1 night of the 3 night stay. Also there were no decent restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is surrounded by green which is nice for a walk.

The room is pretty old and since it is only one night it is fine with us. There is no kettle for us to boil the water for hot tea or coffee so it is not so convenient.

Staff are very friendly . Restaurant is very good but menu is always the same. If you are here for holiday this hotel will be very nice but probably not for business purpose

Door closed in the early morning (at 6:00). But I could find my way even if no other indications displayed and no open reception at that time!Beds are pretty concave. Shampoo was never refilled in 4 days stay. Shower door are not closing on the floor or floor level is wrong so the result is a lake in the bathroom after every shower- so not easy to go into the bathroom again after your shower

Great place to relax. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they accommodate to one’s needs and really take care that one is having a good time.The terrace and location are great to recharge energies.

The room doesn’t have A/C so it can get quite warm inside.
