Pros +
- We enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with not getting dinner because the kitchen closed at 9:30 pm and we understood it to close at 10:30 pm.
- Their restaurant has great food and the staff is lovely both in the palace and in the restaurant.
- Very nice property, quiet location and good staff. There is a spa with sauna, Jacuzzi, salt cave and pool included in the price. Excellent value for money. They have their own wines from their vineyard. The wine I tried was very nice.
Cons -
- Kitchen timings for dinner.
- Like other people mentioned, a few things could go long way: fixing a wobbly toilet seat, upgrading very small and thin towels, providing water at breakfast.
- Access is probably best by car as the location is far from any big city. The Spa is very good but I would like to see more non slip mats as the tiles can be slippery in the Jacuzzi area. The wifi had interruptions in service.
