- Very unwelcoming staff, charged extra for breakfast evetho it¿s for free on their website. Kitchen closes @ 730 pm .
- Staff does not speak English except for the receptionist. It is very annoying. All signs are in Slovakian. There are plenty of foreigners who are lost when it comes to reading Slovakian. The heating regulation does not work in rooms so we had to sleep in 25 degrees ending up cracking windows.

The beds were really bad quality which had really negative impact on the sleeping
Great location for hiking and winter sports. Very cosy accommodation. Traditional architecture. Very cosy beds and nice room. Wellness had multiple saunas.
Very few choices for breakfast, each day very same. Wellness was very crowded, and changing rooms were small. It was very hot in the room during the night. Staff was talking gossip while people were waiting for breakfast missing choices.
The room was nice and clean, the location quiet and the restaurant food delicious. There was parking available as well as a wellness facility and a breakfast buffet, so we had all we needed for a 1 night stay. All in all we had a pleasant experience.
