Very clean. Comfy beds. Great shower pressure. Bottled water in the room. Friendly staff. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Free parking. Great breakfast.

My booking got mixed up through a fault by Booking.com so I stood rather helpless in the foyer of the hotel without a room for the night. A helpful lady got out of bed and drove 20 minutes to the hotel to help me out. The hotel was almost totally booked out, but I got the last one without cost! This service is exceptional.

I called the hotel to ask if it was ok to bring my dog. It was. But the lady on the phone didn't make a notice about it to my reservation. That led to some confusion. But all in all I have nothing to complain about and I'm more than happy with the service.

The room is cute and the space is wide. It's classic but modernized.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city of Reinfeld. Stayed one night when passing by to Scandinavia. Clean hotel room, small but great breakfast.

Good location, cheap and clean, ok breakfast

A lot of noise from the streets.

The location is generally excellent, not far from usual shops, main through roads. Breakfast excellent, personal preference for more fresh greens in the buffet selection; lettuce, peas, capsicum. Add carrots, taboulli, some things light and refreshing for Summer season.

Smoking area right outside rear door... and so the second hand smoke goes straight up into room windows. This area could be reconfigured to at least deter smoking somehow, if it cannot be outright banned... yet.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is nice. It's very close to the train station.

Problems with Booking.com and the hotel.Our reservation was not registered and we later discovered that several persons have had the same problem. The hotel solved it very well despite being almost fully booked.

The plastic cover in the bed was only thing I did not appreciate.

Comfortable and very clean hotel just a few minutes off the A1. Very flexible self-check-in for those who arrive a bit later (the check-in desk closes at 8PM). We stayed in a family room, which was really spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast included in the room price.

Room 31, rather small, same as bathroom, no space to position toiletries.Breakfast really ok, except having to use plastic bowls for yoghurt/muesli, this is really a downer! I understand you use plastic bowls for children, but not for adult guests, this is small cost, so please change.

Good location when you are on the long way from Sweden to south Europe. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast from 6 to 10. Very friendly staff.

The road next in 10 min to the hotel was closed because of construction, so we needed to go another way which was two times longer, but is was not such a big problem

The rooms were comfortable and typical of a german hotel in a small town. The lake is a10 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is rich and the staff is very friendly. The parking space around the hotel was enough for the cars. Lubeck is a 20 minutes drive..
