Coração do Tua Hotel

Great location near the river and in the vibrant commercial area with several excellent artisanal shops selling local products. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Location was excellent, air conditioning was exactly what we needed!! With temperatures around 40 degrees celsius, it was great! We were welcomed with smiles and a home feeling was around. The restaurant/pastry/snack area was great! Had everything we needed from breakfast, to lunch/diner and snacks!!! Walking distance to the old Roman bridge and festive site! We will be back for sure!!!

Everything was good!!

Very comfortable and large room, bed, and pillows. Bathroom was big and had all commodities (hair dryer included). A lift is available so you don't need to carry your bags through the stairs.Staff was friendly and attentive.Breakfast was on the ground level where they have a restaurant and pastry shop. We ate our dinner there and enjoyed it (was also reasonably cheap), and the booking also included a breakfast that was nice (very tasty pastry).Location wise is very well sited, being right next to the water front. Also has private parking in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect in the centre of town, with the hotel's own car park across the lane. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large with plenty of storage and good wifi. We had a balcony overlooking the street. The hotel restaurant offered a generous breakfast and good dinner options. Highly recommended.

Wait more than 30 min to have breakfast. Attendance in the restaurant area,without any preparation…

In the middle the city. Recently complete renovated. modern rooms. Amazingly lots of power outlets and usb ports. Wifi. Parking at the Hotel entrance or public 50 m away at Tua river park.shores. Restaurant at ground level where also the breakfast gets served in a separated part(style cafe puortuguesa) open from early morning.6:30 am to 22:30h. ( correct me if wrong) Reasonable prizes. Best hotel I had in Mirandela at my trips due to family business in the last 5 years (going 2 times a year. Tried mupliple options) This hotel will definately see me again. My top one there at the moment. Wheel chairs would not be a problem as I presume from what I saw.

The staff (Carla, Maxi, David) were fantastic, the restaurant had great service, free breakfast was great, dinner food was mediocre. The location is perfect for walking all areas of town, across from the park, river, near all restaurants and stores.

The hotel was not easy to find, parking at the side of the building was not paved and very dusty with crumbling buildings surrounding the area.

Friendly staff and very comfortable bed.I have no doubt that my next stay in Mirandela will be in Coração do Tua.

just the bedroom lots of amenities missing like we have a kettle but not caps breakfast, not good service terrible wiated 45 minutes for a coffee they were more interested chatting to echader than looking after customer

The hotel is a brand new renovated building with free parking behind . The rooms are extremely comfortable and the windows open for fresh air. The restaurant has delicious food and fabulous service. The staff are a great asset to the hotel. Check-in was easy.

Breakfast was fine. We booked and paid for a room with balcony, which we did not get. Reception just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do But otherwise an Excellent hotel.

The hotel staff serving breakfast were very nice and careful with our needs.The room was modern and nice!

The room has a kitchennet but there is nothing to wash the dishes, not even soap. There is no kitchen towel or a rug to clean it up. Also, when you shower, water comes out the doors. As we have no possibility to clean it up, the housekeeping staff should be more careful cleaning up the kitchen and replacing wet towels that we used to clean the bathroom floor. All they did was take out the garbage.

The hotel was lovely - the rooms were very spacious, clean, right temperature, comfy bed. Had to stay in due the room for work but it felt very comfortable to stay in and work. The meals at the hotel were very nice and the staff exceptionally welcome and friendly.

Nicely renovated, great location, good restaurant

We were very impressed by the breakfast service! The food was filling and delicious and the service from the staff was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, making us feel more like guests than customers. The air conditioning was also wonderful during the hot summer, and the central location was perfect.

Great hotel! New, modern with super comfortable beds. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Great breakfast in their restaurant. Location is perfect. A rare find.
