I don't understand why reception needed ID, phone, email of every person in the party. My info, as the responsible individual who booked the rooms, should be enough. It took so long to check in.

Fabulous central location and very clean, dog friendly as I was travelling with a cockapoo and a beagle.

Parking is limited and it’s the very centre of town, so unless you get one of the five spaces it’s a short walk to free parking around 10 mins away.

Great hotel in the centre of a beautiful town. Good sized rooms, big comfortable bed and friendly staff. They have a garage around the corner to store our bikes. Because it’s in the heart of the town, it can’t be helped that the traffic noise starts early. We really enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist assigned me a suite right next to the elevator. I asked if it was possible to change it, but she told me it was impossible unless I upgraded to a more expensive suite. We decided not to change the room, but a couple of hours later, I found out there were other similar rooms available on our floor when I asked. It was disappointing

Aircon very loud. Wi-Fi kept turning off at night but there was another wifi to use so it wasn’t too bad. Bathroom smelt funny.

The location in the middle of town was very helpful, the breakfast was good and easy to help myself nice staff my room was lovely with a view of the square and then on bro the mountains

Rooms are a tad dated, but clean, comfy and excellent value. Would happily stay again.

perfect location for accessing the railway station (we chose Tolosa as it gave easy access to San Sebastian by rail)- small room, but with ample cupboard space- Tolosa is a walkable town with some good tapas bars and restaurants and a nice river walk

very noisy traffic at night. We were on 5th floor and refuse removal trucks working at night made a huge racket- limited free parking at or near hotel. (We left the car for 2 days in the free Eroski supermarket car park about 1km away and commuted by rail or walked the town)

We stayed here for one night on a cycle trip.The staff were very friendly and we were able to securely store our bikes in a garage overnight.The beds were very comfortable and the a/c a blessing as it was quite hot and humid.Breakfast was great with a really good selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses and breads.

The beds in the twin rooms are touching and there is no option to separate them due to the furniture.

Comfortable rooms, good beds, in a good location close to everything in town. Hotel was quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended if you are planning to stay in Tolosa.

Would have liked a plug for the bath tub :-)
