- Beautiful surroundings- Really good breakfast- The room is as expected, swimming pool we haven't tried

- Hard to get to without a car. Taxi is also non-existent in the area- Price is quite high

No air conditioning

The room was clean and the spa area is beautiful. I liked the view from the balcony as well.

Decent seminar and spa hotel with very good food selection and mostly attentive staff

The rules and pricing policy made it a borderline fraud experience for us: We looked for a spa hotel weekend and stayed with our 5yo because it said children welcome, only to learn upon arrival that we won’t be able to enter the spa with the child during the day (only evenings -?). Plus, access to the wellness area, which is small-medium sized, we learned (also upon arrival) costs 85€ per person and day, more than the hotel room with breakfast. Not our problem because we were not allowed to use it anyway. Since it was the reason we chose the hotel, it was quite disappointing and we felt quite betrayed. So, nice hotel, staff and good food, but obviously crappy management.

The location is amazing.

Even if you stay at the hotel you have to pay extra in order to use the sauna and the whirlpool and the breakfast is not vegetarian friendly.

The view on the hill was lovely. The breakfast had a lot of variety and many choices.

We had thought we could use the pool as part of our stay, but this was only for those who paid the extra Day Spa package, which was not cheap.

Hotel was 5 star.staff where friendly and helpful. Restaurant was 5 star food was realy good .

Nothing to dislike

Great destination, great view from terrasse of the room. The room is really nice, clear with such a comfortable bed. Nothing to improve there (only fridge didn't work a the room). The restaurant was amazing, waitres were professionals and on the breakfast there were a many choices between food.

All was perfect.

Location was good. Interesting history to the place which is shown on the back of the room information booklet.

As it was hot, a lot of people had their balcony doors open. As they are all really close to each other, you could hear all the conversations going on around you. Also, the lights were kept on all night in the swimming area, which made our room really bright throughout the night.

Surprisingly early, breakfast closed at 10 although it was Saturday. The staff was very busy to close and clean up.

No sauna for people who wanted to keep their swimsuit on

The restaurant has a lovely view and a large variety of food. Always is great.
