Beautiful new private hotel, in a picturesque village outside of Bamberg. Extremely helpful and friendly owner/operator, and an exceptional breakfast!

The room key was in a box, I got a mail with a code. It was really difficult to open the door, it took us half an hour, we almost gave up.

Nice countryside. Convenient for a stopover when travelling with a dog.

The welcoming is a bit impersonal w/o seeing any person (keys left outside room with instruction provided in German only = not great for international travellers). The air in the room is a bit sticky. Might be because the air was heavy and humid due to stormy weather, however no air-conditioning in the room does not help. The only option to get some air is a small window (little helpful) or literally leaving the entrance door open which isn't most optimal overnight. The isolation in the rooms isn't perfect, and guests from neighbouring rooms can be easily heard. The cleaning personnel listens to the radio super loud when cleaning other rooms in the morning, which added to poor isolation basically equals to listening to local radio stations whether one wants it or not. Lastly, the room I stayed in (Room A) was quite dark due to dark colours used for deco and insufficient lighting for such colour palette and the bathroom was very small in relation to the entrance hall.

Everything. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, good location for touring the region. Jürgen, the host, was so hospitable.

Modern, good use of space, romantic, lots of goodies in the fridge - really good value for money here. Breakfast was nice, free parking, fairly close to the city.

Only one small window above the door, it made the room very hot and no way to keep it cool, especially overnight. The electric shades that come down are noisy and the neighbours ones woke us up.

We loved this place. Every detail is wonderful, you find fashion even in the bathroom hook. Everything is brand new, elegant and unconventional. It is like the houses you see in the magazines. We also liked the breakfast, quite a rich choice. The owners are nice and caring. Our room, but I should say suite, was at ground floor, very easy to carry the suitacases. Another amazing plus is that they left the fridge full for us, completely free of charge. We felt cuddled. We chose this stay to visit Bamberg (wonderful), but also the places around Weinberg are quite interesting.

Super clean, very comfortable and spacious room, drinks in minibar, sweet and breakfast included in price. Staff was enormous polite and kind, very pleasant stay!
