    Pros +

    • Very nice hotel, especially due to its convenient connection to the Silber Therme which I would give 10 stars even though it is public, not crowded at all ( but we werent there through whole weekend , just start Sunday afternoon) . Beautiful direct surroundings nature on oe side and cozy village with a small bad park. Good breakfast, especially after a morning visit only for hotel´s guests to the Thermal bad (open from 7.00). The reception staff was exemplary, quick check-in, good English, they flexibly changed our room to a better side of the hotel, excellent parking close to the hotel, staff in restaurant was also very good with smooth service . Room service perfect. I have to point out many czech emploees is there across the hotel staff which was also advantage for us .
    • Dinner, the spa and everything other.
    • Location. Cleanliness and friendly staff.

    Cons -

    • Dinner, salad and fruit bar was very good, sweet counter good although more "ordinary" but selection was not a 4 star level . Unfortunately hot dishes were more reminiscent of a "better public canteen" than a restaurant. Of the six dinner dishes that my wife and I had the opportunity to taste, two were better than average (Rabbit with mashrooms and noodles also Pork roast with dumplings and cabbage). Trout "mill style" was boiled rather than fried, the potatoes were, well, I don't know how to say , I've never eaten such tasteless potatoes. The chef could get rid of the impression that dill is a must for every fish. The menu for morning choosing dishes for dinner could be also in English.
    • No warm food for lunch, only one soup. Staff barely talks English which can lead to miscommunication.
    • The restaurant staff that is at the Therme were very rude and unfriendly to us. We will never go there again. Hotel was nice but staff should have let us know at check in that we could have free water. We found this out from someone in the elevator. The amenities should be in the room and free as is a 4 star hotel. Rooms should have tea and hot water cookers for four star and wellness hotel. Guests at the hotel should not have to pay for towels to use the Therme. A Pfand would be a better idea.

Great location right next to a SPA facility, very nice area for wellness and hiking

Rooms with balcony cannot be recommended. Its not a balcony but a terrace that has no separation to other rooms. We had a dog from the neighboring room coming through our terrace door in the morning - a No Go. Because of the open terrace its very noisy and you can overhear any conversations from neighboring rooms. The standard pillows in the room are very uncomfortable. You can get other ones at the reception. There is no gym in the hotel which is very strange considering that it brands itself as a welness hotel.

The Spa and Pool area was great. The breakfast buffet/ selections were really good.

the lighting was not great, fairly dark in the rooms. the dinner was not great either unfortunately.

    very clean and spacious

the food was very bad, left overs next day lunch from the dinner. The quality wasn't what I spected for such a high price.

the pools are great, especially outdoor one, everything is very clean, food is very tasty, stuff is friendly

terrible pillows, quite dark at the rooms, especially bathrooms, would be nice to have slippers

this hotel opened in 2014. our room looked very new - either it had been already refurbished or the quality of furniture and the care of the mostly elderly patrons of this hotel/spa is indeed extraordinary. beds were comfy and two sets of cushions were supplied. with free access to the Silbertherme - a mellow spa with warm indoor and outdoor pools also catering to mostly elderly people (but there are always a few kids and as a family you feel welcome, nevermind the occasional old grump) - a very short walk from the hotel across a roofed bridge, this was ultimately a very pleasant weekend and at the room-rate paid through booking.com a very good deal.

despite our generally very good experience and recommendation, there were a few thing I took issue with, considering the 4* rating and the aspirations of this place. - we had to walk repeatedly down to the reception again (after check-in, coming from the pool) because the key cards for the room did not work. a bit annoying - but then having suddenly other guests standing in our room, who had the same room number asigned to them (yes, same number printed into the little folder for the key cards) and apparently working key cards, is another level of mess-up.- for breakfast every room gets asigned a specific table. the hotel is fairly large. I found it rather less considerate to asign a table to a single adult with 2 smaller children (who's age was known at the time of booking) three rooms removed from the buffet. that table wasn't even prepared when we arrived half an hour after the start of breakfast. there was no chance to get another table even with the main room still fairly empty. the staff was also not able to provide a tray to carry a bit more than the small plates. I mentioned this at check-out when asked about our experience as something that could improve, but found the response - the system asigns the tables, we can do nothing here at the moment of check-in - also rather unsatisfactory and lazy.
