Large, comfortable and clean room, perfect for a family, especially good stop when travelling further down south of Poland

They took by error twice the payment for the rooms, it can happen for sure, but when I wrote them from booking account - no reply. From company account - no reply. This upset me really, for sure they must return as I have all proofs but I cannot understand customer service of the hotel. I travel there frequently for work but they simply closed the collaboration with the negligence.

The room shape was not good it has an inclination on the side and i bumped my head into it. That hurts.

You can see that this hotel is made around weddings. Place is very quiet apart from that. Probably also because of the location that's not near anything.Place is quite new so from the outside it's quite appealing. The room is okay, nothing special. There were visible spiderwebs in the room and the sink would fill itself up whole using.Kitchen is alright, although quite a small choice of things. Most staff is nice, although one person stood out.She does a lot around the place. Take care of breakfast, sit behind the reception, take orders for food etc. But she is not made for hospitality at all.Will not make you feel welcome. Ignores you Doesn't say hi. We were going for diner at some point and asked her for drinks, a starter and a main. After 10 minutes of her, sitting behind the computer we had to ask for the drinks. The guy next to us had to grab his own menu from the counter. Then she came with our mains after 20 minutes. We asked about the starter and without saying anything she walked to the kitchen again. Really, really unfriendly. Then 10 minutes later she came with the starter in the middle of the main.Just makes you feel unwelcome.

Great hotel for a very good price when traveling with family. Great location. Silence. Clean. Great breakfast. Delicious food in the restaurant. Very responsive and kind staff!

Realy good place for one / two nights stay, perfect price and quality ratio. Good location and brekfast.

Near the main road so it is easy to access and do jot need to ride in the city center. Clean, very nice. Offered baby bed with very cute baby duvet. Grest breakfest buffet.

We have had an amazing stay! Very nice host, facility is well located near the highway, room was very clean. Breakfast were nice also! Overall, very good quality for the price :)

Amazing cozy boutique hotel, very comfortable rooms, soft towels with nice scent.We arrived late in the evening, nice gentleman in reception was extremely helpful with all we needed for our toddler. Breakfast was rich and very tasty.It was very nice that check out is at 12:00❤️Highly recommended for travelers with kids?

Everything was excellent

The price was fair in terms of value for money. The whole facility was clean. For some reason we were upgraded to apartment without additional payment.

It is actually a party venue, not just a hotel. We ended up having to put up with a noisy party till late without any warning, having a child with us. In addition, staff was not always friendly, eg. we were asked to leave earlier on the departure day because they wanted to go home ASAP; we were also left stranded one night during Easter when we were advised the restaurant would not be open - no alternative available. Also the breakfast facility lacked of basic cutlery to use with food, eg. a single spatula or tongs for multiple containers with different content. No kettle in our room or any room service, on one occasion we were given new bed sheet to change ourselves.

Administrator was very kind and understanding. He had very pleasant attitude. Breakfast was great and completely sufficient.
