We was there 2 nights and didn’t get housekeeping on the second day ?Breakfast was not pretty good. At least-not pretty good service for the 4**** hotel.

The staff are rude. Bedlinen is old, sheets don’t fit the beds mattresses are stained. Cleaning staff do the bare minimum. No hot water on a few evenings of our stay. Food options are minimal and the breakfast for guests is awful . No choice hard pancakes very disappointing for the price
Hot. No air conditioning. Open windows - mosquitos stinging... No net on windows...Bed very soft, not my taste.
Perfect place for 1-2 nights on a way to Denmark or Sweden. Spacious rooms, quiet, with a free of charge parking.

Good location when arriving by car, close to A9. A large parkinglot right outside of the hotel, free, which was great. Rooms were ok, spacious and cleaning was acceptabel. But, there is no AC and the ventilation was almost non-existing, so the rooms were way to warm for a comfortable stay.
Bad ventilation, no AC, which made the wellneeded nightsleep bad. The rooms were very, very warm.The night receptionist was rude and obnoxious. There had been something wrong with our roomchoice so we did not have breakfast included even if I had specified breakfast as a criteria and although it was included for the other roomtypes at same price (but we chose the room that came up as "recommended for you").
