Super pleasantly surprised about the very professional, super cordial, and attentive staff!!! What a great team you got. Breakfast was fantastic and I personally very much appreciated the clear menu (breakfast as well as dinner) for different needs (vegetarian in my case). I'd love to be in the area for one of your specialty dinners

Tiny bathroom.

Lovely setting in an old mill. Exquisite restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. *Should note there is no lift and the room I had the bathroom was on an upper level with a steep staircase to access. This was not a problem for me, but others with mobility issues could be put off.

The spa tub was dirty, although the staff attended to it twice. In the end, the spa tub didn't even work properly. I was too tired of having to call staff to the room to complain about anything else that I just didn't use it.

As we entered the Muhle am Schlossberg we were pleasantly surprised by the decor and design of the hotel. In a very quiet setting with good parking for motorcycles in particular. A very friendly welcome and help with luggage to our room. Great food and wine with excellent service.

The staff were ready to help with smiles morning, noon, and night. Food was top notch. Rooms were exquisite. A must stay. Will come back, again. Acres of surrounding beautiful horticulture. Plenty of places to sit quietly and read or take in the fountains and floral splendor.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Food was great and staff friendly. Little things like having insect screens on the windows makes such a difference!

A gorgeous, 1000 year-old building in the countryside with a comfortable bed and excellent restaurant. Amazing. We enjoyed dinner there and the server was incredible, as was the food. Our room had a small patio, and the area was serene and beautiful. We had a split-level room, with a couch, TV, desk, and fridge on the main floor, and a great bed and bathroom upstairs.

I guess the bathroom was a little small? I don't have a lot of negatives here...i was woken up by birds because we were in a rural environment.

Clean, quiet and a great escape

Wifi didn't reach the room. Though there was a warning in the booking that stated some rooms wifi may not work. Not a big distraction.

Hotel and restaurant were outstanding. I enjoyed the stay and I will come back very soon. Staff members were very friendly and professional. Perfect stay for TDY (Sembach), only 7-8 min away. Great breakfast.

The room I had was excellent, clean and comfortable. The food was very nice but a little expensive I thought. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. I only stayed one night, and I would definitely go back. It's a very nice place to stay!

The start time for breakfast is far to late. I had to leave early (06:40) and Breakfast was just being laid out. It was offered that I could take something with me but they still did not have any bread rolls and nothing to carry food in. The staff work hard, my impression was that they are understaffed, and people have to do too much in a short time and things get missed.

For a short stay were every othher Hotel was full for the price a few things must be done.

I expected a full continental meal in the morning but there was not much on offer.The loft room over the reception was a bit load and the chambermaid could put consentration to details.

Tranquil setting. Perfect for relaxation, exploring. Dining was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious. The quality of the food was very superior. Kitchen and service was excellent. Top notch dining and great for a weekend getaway.

The location of the hotel was ideal for a stopover on our way home to France. We particularly appreciated the calm of the hotel and large garden. The staff were friendly and helpful and the possibility of enjoying our excellent dinner in the courtyard was an added bonus!

Our maisonette room was very nice, although the stairs up to the sleeping area could pose a bit of a challenge for senior travellers.

The apartment was spacious and had everything of home.

The door to the room was difficult to lock and unlock and I could not connect to the wifi.

This is a unique hotel experience with the building being an old mill. Incredible ambiance!
