Great location inside forest and nice personal. Dinner in restaurant was good.

Breakfast were disappointing. There were not enough sunbeds by the pool. The room turned out to be adapted for people with disabilities, which we had not requested and which caused some discomfort. The internet connection was almost unusable. SPA was small. In general best days of this hotel past long time ago.

Great location and close to nature, quite and peaceful. Comfortable stay, nice room, decent breakfast, and loads of activities for both adults and kids. Very supportive and friendly staff.

Outdoor activities/ facilities could have been better maintained, but this may be due to weather or this time of the year as well.

Some of the furniture has signs of age. During our booking there was no information about the price for staying with the pet (30 zl) or we missed it.

Wonderful place to stay for weekend! 2 swimming pools, one is inside with saunas and jacuzzi, second is outside.Big plus is that you can come here for full day rest near pool, paying 210zl, this price includes lunch!Huge restaurant with wide range of breakfast suggestions, served as Sweden table, as well as a la carte, lovely terraces outside to sit and enjoy your meal.A lot of relax zones with hammocks, poofs, pillows and cozy armchairs. Besides, it’s possible to rent bicycles to explore forest in surrounding.Several parking zones for your car in a shadow

There is no any daybeds near outside swimming pool, only limited numbers of chairs, which is absolutely inconvenient for sunbathing:(

I liked the location, the staff was very kind and helpfull. We were informed about all of the important things about our stay when we arrived. The room was very clean and had all the nececites. The breakfast was aesthetic, tasty and healthy. It included various vegetarian options.

Beautiful location in the forest.Food was fantastic. And staff super helpful and friendly. They also have really good spa.

The hotel does not have sun-beds around the pool but claim to have them. Instead they have super cheap park foldable seaters which are not the same as a sun-bed. When we asked about it we were completely ignored by the manager. The seats they have are very uncomfortable and because of that the pool is empty.

Located in the middle of a forest, quiet and peaceful surroundings. There were some events at the hotel and it seemed full but this did not affect the comfort of the stay. Two swimming pools. Very nice decor.

Cousine in the restaurant was amazing, very tasty! Beautiful forest around. Unfortunately, outside swimming pool was cold, but pool and sauna inside are comfortable as well.

it was excellent attic room. plenty of space for luggage and two people. spacious bathroom. We had wonderful rest in SPA. the pool and sauna were opened from 8AM to 10PM. Dinner and launch available at restaurant. restaurant open till 10PM.

You must order a massage 2-4 days before arrival.

for a location that is rated as 4 star, one would expect a door man or at least an easy way to get a heavy suit case up the front stairs, this is not the case. there is only one person on the front desk that is responsible for all phone bookings and enquires as well so we were waiting for 15 minutes when we arrived to book in, with out a “ I will be with you in a minute “ . lack of hospitality training. Although the food was fresh, the menu is not up to scratch for a place that claims to be 4 star. The shower, you had to hold the nozzle….. you had to get out of the jacuzzi every 5 minutes to press a button so that it would work….

Door stopper in a very strange place (right next to the wardrobe and luggage stand), hurt my foot - perhaps it could be moved closer to the door? Found quite a number of small forest beasts (harmless insects: ladybirds etc.) on the window-sill.

ignoring staff general preconditions of Booking.com1. when I arrived (around 10 p.m), as I prevented in advance, I was already checked in and payment has been dropped from the card. 2. when I arrived there was only a security staff there and I needed to wait a receptionist around 15 min, together with another guest. Receptionist doesn’t speak English 3. I didn’t get a welcome drink at all! the receptionist gave me a card for drink, which could be possible to take next day during the breakfast….. so, on next day I gave my card to the waiter at the restaurant, who surprised and asked: “welcome drink? now?” of course, in the morning it is unlogical to take a drink before driving! so, the waiter took my card into the pocket and my drink will be served to someone another! 4. I was also informed in one of the emails that I will be offered with a sendwich upon my late arrival. I informed in advance when I was going to arrive. there was no any sendwich!

It was an extremely relaxing stay, exactly what we were looking for. The room was spacious and very nice, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and there were plenty to do outside and inside for a short but chill vacation.

we were very satisfied with our stay, the only drawbacks I can think of is that the water in the pool was quit cold. In one of the outside playgrounds the grass was not cut and very long, we were worried about ticks being there.

The spa hotel was very nice, the room very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The buffet for breakfast includes a wide range of different food. The dinner menu offers various options and the food was delicious.

We had to work late and arrived slightly after the kitchen closes. Without car, we couldn't go anywhere to get some food for dinner and there was no other option than the snacks sold at the reception. The restaurant staff proposed us some cereals which was nice from them as otherwise we wouldn't have had anything to eat. However, it would be appreciated if the restaurant had some cold options for people who arrives after the restaurant closes.

Dinner only served until 8pm. After a long full-on day it was really disappointing to arrive to the hotel very hungry and find there was nothing to eat. The hotel is quite in the middle of nowhere so you couldn't just walk out to find the restaurant in the area and none of recommended ones was delivering the food on the night.They went extra mile though and served us cereal with milk. What a feast!
