Pros +
- What a wonderful place. Magnificent and huge room and the best ham and eggs ever. Castle had an engagingly disordered authentic air, so much better than a 'luxury' makeover and the staff was so welcoming and charming
- The setting and staff were nice. The breakfast was good. The castle itself was beautiful and fascinating. The Italian restaurant downstairs was good. It is also a short and pleasant walk to the train or bus to Forchheim.
- The location is great. The castle houses a good Italian restaurant. From its terrace you have a nice view over the village and valley in front of the castle.

Great location and a superb breakfast. And after all, it's a castle, what could possible be wrong!
