We really liked the modern and clean design of the room. The breakfast had limited vegetarian options, but the staff was helpful in finding some gluten-free bread, which made the meal more enjoyable. The lake nearby was beautiful and peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The view from our room was disappointing, as it faced a caravan park rather than the lake, which we had hoped for. We also arrived at 8pm, only to find the restaurant already closed, with no alternative dining options offered by the staff.

Everything was perfect there, but it comes at a price. I loved the location on the lake (private beach), the breakfast, the friendly staff and the possibility to rent a kayak.

Parking can be a bit tricky at times.

Spa didn’t work, not sure if it could be turn on by demand. Parking cost additional money but a lot of free parking around. Check in after 16, which makes 1 night stand not very convenient, as check out also early around 11. Sometimes wifi is bad, wasn’t possible to work

Pretty property, very well kept. Very nice waiter but the food overall was rather poor and cold. We got served old food from yesterday’s party for breakfast.

The staff sold us a parking space for 50zl. There was no space in the parking lot and they asked if it’s ok we wait a few hours and repark our car in the middle of the night after the party is over. In the end it was the hotel staff that parked in the parking lot and they finally moved their car!

Zero service , no food options , nobody at the reception , luxury breakfast was old ham and tomatoes , dinner choices were chicken nuggets or frozen fish . I underestand it was out of season however this was very disappointing . Also zero products in room like schampoo conditioner …

Lack of English, first night we have stayed far distance rooms although I specifically mentioned and payed extra for close rooms, our friends had a noise issue due to cost side party, small indoor pool and bowling area

This property is at an absolutely beautiful remote location in Wiartel. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. I like the imagery of the forest and wild animals. The lake is beautiful for swimming and boating. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The staff was sincere and very helpful when we had a problem upon arrival.

There are bright lights outside that are disruptive at nighttime. The view of the lake is somewhat obstructed even at choice spots in the hotel. Some of the decor is a bit confusing, and perhaps over the top. The elevator wasn’t working during our stay.

The hotel is newly renovated with gorgeous spa and interior. We loved the concept, it is a small family run business. Breakfast exceptional with traditional polish dishes - From homemade eggs, sausages, meats and pancakes to traditional polish soup. Overall great value for money- the only surprise was quit high price of bathrobe rental. We would recommend 8.5/10

Maybe the fact that you can get dinner just until 20 during the week was a bit suboptimal for our needs. As far as possible they accomodate your needs though.
