Pros +
- Traditional German breakfast, all you need - eggs, ham, cheese, fresh bread etc.etc. Good quality coffee. Big free parking onsite, several food places within walking distance.
- Good and easy to access, possibly more selection on cooked food as only egg was available.
- Like the location, I grew up in Westerburg, the Restaurant is fabulous and the food excellent
Cons -
- No place to sit an enjoy a drink as the restaurant was normally busy and you could not sit and drink there. Ws told to sit in reception one evening which was not nice.
- We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, that night we noticed the soap dispenser at the sink was empty, we assumed it would be filled the next day when the room was made up. That night we discovered no soap in the dispenser, we advised the front desk, and where assured it would be filled the same night after we returned still no soap Saturday still no soap…. The shower, room and closet doors where broke… not the word but all in all a not so pleasant experience
- This is an old hotel and the floors are very squeaky. The furnishings are good though and breakfast was also good. During my stay on one occasion my room was not made up and when I returned to the hotel around midday there were no staff to be found. When finally I found a staff member around 3pm I was told that they had gone home for the day and nothing could be done. When I e mailed the manager the following day, I received a reply several days later saying that I would be given a discount at my next stay. I replied that I would like the discount applied to my visit and not to any highly unlikely future visits...I do live in Australia afterall...something of which the management are no doubt aware.

Excellent location near centre of town. Good free on site parking. Very freindly and helpful...when available.

Great place. Clean rooms and good parking space. Excelent customer service.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The elevator was helpful, especially for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Parking was very easy. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but we were able to find many other options nearby.
Liked the size of the room and decoration, lovely staff, delicious food.
I didn't like that there wasn't a receptionist at all times at the desk or to answer phone
the room was spacious and clean
location was inconvenient for us and kitchen closes before 9 and they could then only arrange for a salad with very strange flavors. breakfast only at 8 on Sundays which was very inconvenient for us. also no check out staff at 7.
Room was good.
Late to breakfast so no eggs, but adequate
Room was very clean and affordable. Breakfast was very good, nice variety. The staff is fantastic.
