4 day stay and room hasn’t been cleaned 2 times

I will never step that hotel never again

Hot water doesn’t exist at 6:00!Coffee machine is off , nobody answer at the phone and the reception woman you need to search for her in the hotel ,she is never there!

Very nice small hotel, next to the beach. The room was very large, and had a nice bathroom. The sitting area was very comfortable and also the bed was big and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a supermarket is in walking distance.

Excellent location and very nice pool and sauna.

Pillows were not comfortable. Hostess was not very friendly/polite. We booked a room with booking.com and then two groups of friends booked through the hotel to be in the same hotel with us. Prices were similar. Although we were staying two nights and our friends only one, we were given the worst room without a balcony. Since both sets of friends were told that they could extend their stay, we can only conclude that all rooms were available for two nights and we got a worse room because we booked through booking.com. This has happened at other hotels that we've booked with booking.com also.

Location and the appartment.Facilities like sauna, steam bath, and swimming pool.Parking was in the Campus and it was free for us.

Some of the interior is dated and needs decorating and modernisation. The breakfast room is very small. Our hotel room looked over a building site across the road and a fast food stall.

The location is very convenient to get easy to the beach, restaurants, and day trips with the bicycle

This was more like an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one living room

Perfect location. Welcome drink and great friendly and welcoming attitude by the staff. Parking available. Additional facilities were offered free of charge. Fantastic apartment - clean, spacious and including whatever needed. We so much liked it we wanted to extend our stay after arriving, but unfortunately, they were fully booked.

Nothing. Maybe some noise outside the hotel, but it goes hand in hand with the fantastic location.

Nothing major

My partner has problems with stairs, so they were so kind to give us a suite on the ground floor, and a much larger one than we expected. Fantastic! The staff was relaxed, friendly and very well organized. For example, they kept track of who would be at the breakfast table and communicate with the cleaning staff, so that when we returned everything was cleaned and taken care of. Extending our stay for a day was also no problem. And for dog owners or nudists, it might be good to know that the beach sections for those are within walking distance a few minutes from the hotel as well.

We were happy with everything. No complaints. The only thing worth mentioning might be that, to get to the beach, you will need to climb some stairs due to the size of the dunes. That is generally the case on the west side of the island and certainly no fault of the hotel. But if stairs are a problem for you and you wish to go to the beach near the hotel, that might be tricky.

The location and the facilities were great. Excellent kitchen in the evening. Breakfast was good if a bit overpriced.

The fact that dogs are allowed only in the suites of the hotel, even though the website says that dogs are allowed at the hotel. The fees for the suites are rather high.

Unfriendly staff, not really clean, far to expensive

The location is very close to the beach, which was perfect for us. The staff was very welcoming and took good care of us. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds, big TV, new bathroom. Every morning during breakfast the maid made our beds and gave us fresh towels. The breakfast had all we needed and more. The e-bikes we rented ran smoothly. We can only recommend this hotel.
