Close to water park

It was dearty. Expensive. No facilitied at room.

Everything except the first room that was assigned to us.

The first room assigned to us was not in good conditions. The terrace and entrance were dirty, full with dust and spiderwebs. Many things were not in good conditions like the door freezer was broken, the curtains were teared, the main closet one shelf was broken and the worst thing was the bathroom. The shower was full of mold everywhere, very disgusting. Luckily the staff changed us to another room that was spectacular.

the place was nice and very family-friendly.

the fact that we didn't get access to the tropical swimland because we booked through booking.com and not through the site it self was annoying. It should be more clearly that the booking is without access to facilities.

Fantastic waterland

The area was overbuild, no signs of where to go, no parking, lots of extra costs, took an hour to get our keys. I will not stay overnight here again, but just make an 3-4 hour stop for the great waterland.

- the staff was nice

- very dirty rooms and facilities, mold in the bathroom and fridge, probably not an option if you are allergic to dust- the doors are too short, which means there is a ~3 cm gap between them and the ground. this means everyone can hear you in your room and you can hear everyone- everything smells like smoke in the room as well as outdoors, even though the facilities are targeted at kids, there are no non smoking areas- dogs and kids share the beach even though there is a dedicated dog beach, but nobody cares, expect your kid to touch and play with dog poop- next door to a bundeswehr training facility, expect to hear shots when they are training (might be at an early time)- everything costs extra, no service included at all (you are expected to remove the sheets, clean the kitchen and bring out the trash when leaving)- if you want to use any of the facilities for entertainment, expect to pay as well i.e. 21 euros for 3 hours in their indoor swimming pool- some people wouldn't call the waterpark a waterpark, given that it consists of a small pool to wave/wakeboard and a few laughable blow up pools - information about checking in and out is hard to come by, the staff is very nice, but was in the process of being trained when we arrived which resulted in confusion all around, this continued when we asked about the checkout process a few days laterMight be nice if you have kids which aren't too young and know not to play with dog poop / inhale cigarette smoke, but expect to pay a lot more to use the facilities and keeping them entertained.

Big and light appartment

It was not as clean that i thought i was gonna be, an the parking was bad.

No chance of being bored due to the big number of different activities

The place could work on its cleanliness. Someone had dropped a cigarette bud next to our apartment door. It was still there after 4 days when we left.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t book the charger for my electric car. it is stressful not to know if I can charge the car over night. this time I got lucky and a charger was available

Location is very very nice. Beach is cool and common indoor areas are actually quite fresh and some are renovated extremely nicely. The few play grounds are also quite ok.Restaurants are quality wise also well beyond average and not even too badly priced.

Exterior of the buildings is rather "vintage" if you try to put it nicely.And the standard bungalowes are.. just plain aged and outdated. Starting from the smell of them going through electric socket availability from the 70s or so and ending to the sloppy cleaning.Parking situation is somewhere between horrible and disastrous.All in all. For the price one could expect more, no wonder there often is random accommodation available.

The apartment was alright. It was a clever way to house a family of five. The resort was good but could do with a facelift.

The smell of mold was the first thing we met when opening the door to the apartment/bungalow.

The possibilities especially for kids between 3 1/2 and 8 are excellent with the water and swimming hall and the tropical adventure and climbing hall etc.

There could be more and better restaurants in the beach area.

the Badparadise restaurant was too small to accommodate the capacity of people. The staff was great but the restaurant itself was too small and the machines were too slow.

The apartment was a good size for our family. It was clean. We love the location - there were many attractions we could visit and the beach was so close.

It would be nice if we had more hand soap and detergent. We only had a small detergent bottle and one small bar of soap.

we booked the 1 bedroom apartment is big enough for 2 Adults and 2 kids (4+5), but the sofa bed in living bed too soft. Total cleaness fine. Kitchen facility like toaster, coffee machine ,microwave are almost new and good quality. Plates and glasses enough.Location good, 5min to beach, different restaurants in shopping mall. Enough parking places.

almost every entertainment corner needs extra fee... the indoor swimming pool is only for 3 hours entance time. we didnt notice the timelimitation, and the penauty was much more expensive than the entrancefee...

The apartment is very clean, the beach is nearby and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are also several small towns nearby worth visiting.

The entertainment park was across our apartment and at the entrance of this park was a big toy elephant trumpeting from 10 AM to 10 PM every single minute. This means 720 times every day...

Serene environment, great freetime activities, beautiful view. Was a wonderful experience

There are so many things to do as a family. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Although the buildings look a bit older from the outside, it renovated and modern inside. All activities are walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
