Clean, cozy, comfortable and reasonably sized room. Polite and helpful staff. Loved the spa.

The noise from the vent. Dirty balkony: birds poop on the table and on the floor.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet place. It was great that we could arrive at any time and even found a parking space late in the evening. The hotel is more for older people but there is nothing wrong with that, it just sets the atmosphere. Nothing special about the hotel, but we slept well.

We waited over half an hour to check out because the lady in front of us probably needed to write out an invoice for her employer. Not the receptionist's fault, but considering we were far from the only ones standing there that time, it was odd. Plus the lady at the front desk didn't speak English.

Location met a need but was very expensive in comparison to fixtures and fittings, would not recommend unless you have to be in that location

Comfortable, spacious, clean room with excellent bed in apparently recently renovated woodland-set hotel with free parking a few hundred yards from Lake Wandlitz.

All-you-can-eat evening buffet was convenient but a bit overcooked.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is also located in a good location which is close to many lakes where you can swim.

The breakfast was very weak. There were not many options and most of the food was already finished at 9:30. It is not worth the money.

I booked this hotel for two nights for family attending my son's wedding in a nearby location. They found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful, and enjoyed an evening meal there, as well as breakfast on two mornings. The hotel suited the needs of my family and myself.

Nothing really. The only thing that could have been improved is the check in time - 3.00pm - as my family arrived an hour earlier. To be fair this is not an unusual thing as I have found this to be the case in a number of hotels.

perfect hotel in such a beautiful spot in forest, very good beds, internet working well, super good sauna, gym, everything you need is in this hotel, complimentary sparkling water in roomthanks , definitely i willcome back. i loved it

Very quiet place in the middle of the forests. Very close to the Liepnitzsee (10 minutes walking). Also close to the Wandlitzsee. Comfortable, clean and quite. The sauna is a plus.

t was a 2 nights stay . Our room was clean . The Staff was friendly . Breakfast was good. Restaurant for dinner was also fine . WiFi was Good. We got more we wanted . Good location to explore surroundings if U are by car . I would not hesitate to book again

Visited this hotel a couple of times when I visited Berlin. It's outside of the city, quietly located close to the woods. Very nice place to stay for a couple of days, friendly staff, nice breakfast (at additional cost). Will visit this hotel again soon!

Great location, right on the trailhead for the lake and close to the town centre, very nice food too and the staff are great.

The rooms could use a bit of renovation and some extra attention to the cleaning, the shower head was very mouldy. Without aircon it can get quite hot at night.

Nice place and staff, great location, clean room with balcony.

We only missed having a minibar in the bedroom and some home made cakes or sweets in the breakfast.

It has an entrance to the forest, which makes it ideal for hiking or walking the dog. Additionally, the evening buffets are delicious!
