Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nice location in front of the lake.

Didn't try the breakfast, but 15€ per person is expensive.

Bed was horrible, there was chocolate on the floor in the room. ashes from smoking on the windowframe. power socket in the middle of the dubble bedBreakfast was expensive for the given food. just go eat somewhere else.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

One day room was not cleaned but that didn't bother me too much. Just needed extra towels and clean water glasses.

Nice place if you're looking for calmness. View on the lake from the bedroom and easy access to the lake for a swim.

Breakfast options are limited for the price. A few spiders inside the hotel and bedrooms.

Absolutely amazing location by the lake! Increadibly charming suburb of Berlin when arriving by car.The staff was also very accommodating to our late arrival, which was much appreciated.

All of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was basic but contained all the necessary things.

The kids are could be cleaner and have a better selection of toys.

Great location, we needed a stopover while travelling and the hotel was quite and very comfortable.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The rooms were a good size. The staff even set up a play area when they saw we had children with us.

The curtains didn’t keep the morning sun out and we were awake around 6AM every day.The showers were very small, it would have been helpful to have some kind of a shelf to place my shampoo, etc. on

Pretty location with private access to the lake. It also has a very nice restaurant (closed Mondays). The countryside is very pretty in the vicinity.

- Sauna and pool wasn’t working - We were given a room that wasn’t cleanedbut then swapped.- There was a loud noise from ventilation.

The location is great, cause it is by the sea with a really nice private beach.

There are some things they could improve, especially for the price you pay because it is not cheap. The daylight enters in the rooms as soon as the day starts (which in early summer is already around 4:30 am) because curtains are very thin and of light colors. We were awake by that.There was an alarm at 3 am, it was the smoke detector just because a person has smoked a cigarette. We were also awake. They were very strict with check out time at already 10 am, also with kids!

This hotel offers absolutely faultless experience, with exceptional location directly on a beautiful lake, sweet and helpful staff, stunning views, great food. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cleanliness was spotless. Will definitely return for both travel and work!!

The room was old-fashioned and the pillow was horrible. I woke up during the night because of the pillow.
