The view was fantastic and nice. The breakfast was very delicious.

It was very hot at night. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, maybe because it was winter. You could use thinner blankets or turn the heating down a bit.

Nice new clean room. Comfortable. Nice breakfast too.

Very modern and felt comfortable there! Also plenty of free onsite parking and exceptional breakfast buffet included in the price.

AC was very cold and temperature couldn’t be changed at all, only way for it to turn off was to keep the window open. Also the shower sprayed outside the shower and got the floor by the sink super wet.

The room had no view except of a road. The temperature of the room was sweltering hot and although it had air conditioning the hotel had set it so high it was useless.

If you walk inside it looks very expensive and well done. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the area and since it’s pretty high up, you can enjoy a nice view if you have the right room. The otherside doesn’t have spectacular views though, so if you want that consider the higher priced offers. The AC didn’t work and there was a faucet that leaked a little, sadly no insect screens either. We haven’t had the windows open so couldn’t tell if there is mosquitoes in the area. The rooms are furnished in a modern style which is fine, to each their own. The money-value is very very good though. The breakfast was amazing and there was alot of choice.

The hotel has a lot of facilities like gym, sauna and a panoramic restaurant. The room is clean and has a beautiful view. Great breakfast.

Only one towel in the room. The person in the reception didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate.

The hotel is quite new, and clean. The restaurant was good, both for breakfast and dinner. There is parking directly at the hotel, and the views are quite good, although mostly look at industrial areas in the valley.

It was summer, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff tried over and over again, saying all sorts of things, with no one really understanding the problem. We switched rooms multiple times, and finally left a day early, as we were so frustrated from the incompetence of the staff. The design of the rooms is modern, and doesn't think about the comfort of the guests. There is no shower door or curtain, so water poors into the rest of the bathroom. There is no closet, just open shelving.

Breakfast can be improved the buns and croissants were a bit soggy. More choice at breakfast needed.

Heavily overpriced compared with the room standards. Tv unusable, lack of the kettle in the room. It was Sunday when we stayed there so trying to get some drink is impossible.Aircon set to 21C!!! When temperature outside hit 28C??????!!!! WTF. And can't be changed.At the end we had to keep window open over the night to cool down the room a bit.

Rude unhelpful staff, air conditioning didn't work in our room so they changed the room and charged €10 for this! Everything closes early – chef goes home at 8.45pm so you need to be in. the dining room no later than 8.30. The food was very German – boring and overpriced. Nice hotel, but spoiled by the management/staff.

The concierge didn’t speak english therefore he was able to check us in at 1am without a problem. We didn’t know that the snacks and drinks in the fridge are included, they told us when we were checking out.

Wonderful view from Hotels Restaurant and a very nice Christmas Dinner. Unfortunately we stayed only for a night, but we'll certainly going to be back....

The view was amazing . Food in the restaurant really good - dinner on the terrace, do not be missed . Is on the expensive side but the quality is really good.

The view is great and the breakfast area feels way more upmarket than the rooms.

The rooms feel like a youth hostel and are designed in a way that did not age well. The rooms are small so if you have luggage it feels very cramped.The front desk was as unhelpful as you could imagine. Tried to call ahead if we could check in 2h earlier and the staff flat out refused to give any answers. Checking in at night after hauling all our luggage around the entire day, we wanted to book breakfast for two more friends that visited us the next morning. No luck, again, unhelpful and we had to sort this out the next morning.The breakfast area was completely overcrowded and we were immediately rushed that breakfast closes soon despite us being there with an hour to spare. I then had to spend 10min to organize a high chair for one of the kids and after that we were, no exaggeration, interrupted five more times to get our friends' breakfast billed to our room.Without all this mess the hotel would have been 7/10, but a big part of staying at a hotel is convenience and not having to care about things like this. I can only imagine how bad this must be if you don't speak any German.
